Join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA: For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Agri-Business; End to Sex Slavery; Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:14)
I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-2

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 1 JOHN 5:14
“Lord, we thank you that you have given each one of us a voice and an expression to testify to who you are as Lord and Savior and what the truth is that scripture holds. We begin today, Lord, by repentance. God, if there is any way that we have allowed the enemy to silence our voice, if we have succumbed to fear of man, or fear of rejection, Lord, we deeply repent. We not only repent for that in our own lives, but also on behalf of our communities, our churches and the universal church. Lord, in this moment, we choose to take back our voice, and we ask, Holy Spirit, that you fill us so that we would speak truth just as the disciples who were filled with the Holy Spirit at Pentecost did. We want to speak with truth and boldness. We ask for a fresh boldness to come upon your church, upon pastors and Christians in every arena to which they’re called.
Lord, we rebuke a spirit of slumber off the church right now in the name of Jesus and the power of His blood. We declare that your church will not miss this moment! We thank you, Lord, that you have given us weapons that are mighty for the pulling down of strongholds and so we pull down that stronghold of slumber and we call the church to arise. We declare that the spirit of truth is filling the mouth of the church in this moment, in the name of Jesus!” We agree and pray in the name of Jesus, amen
We here at FreeRepublic add our agreement this day. Amen.

Praying for the Law of Liberty (Book of James 📖).
Not for the sin (again James), and too late for the Judas and Jezebel spirits.
Amen
I've been praying for a fresh spirit of boldness in proclaiming Christ.

Affirming the heartfelt IFA prayer for our beloved America.
May the Spirit move mightily in our land and move the hearts of the electorate to raise up the godly and vanquish the wicked.
May all God’s people be light and salt in this dark, rotten world.

Lord, give us every opportunity and wisdom to share the Good News.
Help us to always extend Your light, that others will ask about the source of our joy.

Psalm 91
1 You who live in the shelter of the Most High,
who abide in the shadow of the Almighty,*
2 will say to the Lord, ‘My refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust.’
3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler
and from the deadly pestilence;
4 he will cover you with his pinions,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.
5 You will not fear the terror of the night,
or the arrow that flies by day,
6 or the pestilence that stalks in darkness,
or the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only look with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the Lord your refuge,*
the Most High your dwelling-place,
10 no evil shall befall you,
no scourge come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways.
12 On their hands they will bear you up,
so that you will not dash your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the adder,
the young lion and the serpent you will trample under foot.
14 Those who love me, I will deliver;
I will protect those who know my name.
15 When they call to me, I will answer them;
I will be with them in trouble,
I will rescue them and honour them.
16 With long life I will satisfy them,
and show them my salvation.
Joining in prayer. God bless.
Amen.

Troparion
By sharing in the ways of the Apostles, / you became a successor to their throne. / Through the practice of virtue, you found the way to divine contemplation, O inspired one of God; / by teaching the word of truth without error, you defended the Faith, / even to the shedding of your blood. / Hieromartyr Benjamin, entreat Christ God to save our souls.
There have been many Persian Christian martyrs in the past, and among the many new Iranian Christians, quite a few have also suffered martyrdom.
Dear Lord, bring freedom and conversion to You to the people of Iran! Amen.
