America Prayer Vigil - Sept 7, 2026

2 Corinthians 5:17-21 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.

Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Father,

We thank You for the great and gracious gift of eternal life You give us through Christ Jesus. Thank You for giving us the privilege of being Your ambassadors and entrusting us with the message of salvation for the world.

We know that the biggest issue this country faces is it's spiritual condition, so we pray for You to remove the blindness from people's hearts and minds, and the hardness of their hearts and give them hearts that are sensitive and open to You.

We pray for Your Holy Spirit to move across this land, waking people up from their spiritual stupor. Convict hearts of sin and show people their need for You and give us the opportunity, as Your ambassadors, to share Christ with others. We ask that those followers of You in political office would have special anointing and favor with their fellow politicians and that you would save them. You have worked in the hearts of leaders like Nebuchadnezzar. You can do it again and work in the hearts of our politicians.

Thank You for the current godly leaders in office and we pray that this election cycle, You would add to their numbers. We pray for the primaries that are coming up in some states (like NH) Tues and ask for Your hand in them to protect the process and give us election integrity, and righteous, God fearing leaders..

Please, Lord, turn this country around at it's deepest, most critical level and bring many souls to You.
