🇺🇸Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem 🇮🇱(6/20/26)[Prayer]

Personalities
Ruth 1:19-22
19 So they two went until they came to Bethlehem. And it came to pass, when they were come to Bethlehem, that all the city was moved about them, and they said, Is this Naomi?
20 And she said unto them, Call me not Naomi, call me Mara: for the Almighty hath dealt very bitterly with me.
21 I went out full and the Lord hath brought me home again empty: why then call ye me Naomi, seeing the Lord hath testified against me, and the Almighty hath afflicted me?
22 So Naomi returned, and Ruth the Moabitess, her daughter in law, with her, which returned out of the country of Moab: and they came to Bethlehem in the beginning of barley harvest.

Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem

Oh LORD,
Our God,
How Wonderful and Excellent is Your Most Holy Name!
You Are The King of The Universe,
The Creator, Preserver, and Destroyer of Worlds,
Omnipotent,
Omniscient,
and Omnipresent!
Creator of Everything There Is,
And You Hold All Of Us In The Palm Of Your Hand.
Let all that has been Concealed
Be Revealed.
Father, We Pray For The Peace Of Jerusalem,
According To Your Will and Promise.
We Pray That You Will Forgive The Sins
of Our Own Nation,
and Lead us all to Godly Repentance.
Create in Us Clean Hearts, Oh LORD,
and Renew a Right Spirit Within Us.
This we Pray Together,
As We Await Your Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Set Up His Kingdom,
And Make All Things Right.
”The Greatest Of these Is Love.”

I recently got so fed up with my Flip Phone that I called my Mobile Provider to see if I could get an upgrade. With a new contract, I was promptly set up with an iPhone 14, and paid the best possible price: ie: FREE!
Along with the new phone came an immense Learning Curve. However, since Wednesday, I have accessed all the features, and am having a lot of fun. One thing that amazed me was that, having accessed a painting I did of Tippy and photographed, the phone referred me to a whole page about Australian Cattle Dogs after analyzing my painting. Even AI can understand my Art. . LOL!
I'm a glutton for DATA and consume books as if they were Movie Theater Popcorn. I'm the same way with the Internet. I can sit for hours absorbing useless information. I shall have to guard my heart and my time carefully, now that I carry this little magic DATA ACCESS DEVICE around with me on my belt.
One of the things I love to look up is the origin of names. My own name, Mary Louise has two different language sources. "Mary" is from the Hebrew, and is the root word for many names: Mary, Maria, Miriam, Maura, Marie, etc. It comes from the word for bitter. Many Bible Charachters who have this name had experienced great bitterness and trauma in their lives. Moses' sister Miriam, who died before entering the Promised Land (after all that she went through), Mary Magdalene, who was delivered from seven demons (how's THAT for misery?), and of course, Mary the Mother of Jesus, who witnessed her beloved Son executed in the most horrible manner.
Then I looked up "Louise". This is from the French name "Louis", and "Alouisus" which originally was from the Latin for "Mighty Warrior". Does that mean I'm This?
I don't imagine Naomi was joking around when she said, "Call me Mara". She had indeed experienced great bitterness in her life. Far away from home, she was a refugee from a famine, lost her husband and both sons, stuck in a pagan land with nobody...except one Daughter-In-Law, Ruth.
But, bitter and cynical as she was, Naomi was a Warrior. She didn't just curl up and die in Moab. She set out for home, come what may. Against her better judgment, she let Ruth come with her, even though, now, Ruth would be the foreigner.
Because of the decisions of this "Bitter Warrior", she was insuring not only her own survival, but the survival of the Entire World.
Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.
Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.
