Almighty Father God in Heaven, we praise Your Holy Name and thank You for hearing our prayers in the Name of Your Precious Son Jesus.
We sit in amazement at the headlines of the “true news” asking “can this really be happening?” We shouldn’t be surprised . . . Your Word describes in detail what will take place as the time of Your Son’s return draws near (Matthew 24).
As we approach the 250th Anniversary of our nation, we pray that President Trump, Vice-President Vance, government and national leaders will highlight in remembrance those sacrifices and Godly principles upon which our country was founded. We ask for Your Guidance and Protection on them and their families.
Have Your Way with us, Lord. We collectively come before You in this America Prayer Vigil thread praying that our country’s leaders (in all levels of government, the Supreme Court, the military, law enforcement, ICE, first responders, border control, business and industry, education, health care, agribusiness, media, technology) will not make decisions without seeking Your Will and Direction. Father God, we pray for exposure of truth . . . open the eyes of the deceived.
We pray for the young people of our nation and around the world who have become as sheep to the slaughter, gullible to the wiles of satan without knowledge or aknowledgment of You. We pray for the intervention of parents/grandparents, Christian teachers and friends in the lives of children (young and old) . . . showing them the True Way in which they should go. Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it (Proverbs 22:6).
We pray for the citizenry, the military, missionaries who look to You for guidance and strength and ask for Your Hand of Protection on them. Even though we would like to see immediate justice for those who have betrayed this country and performed evil personal and physical attacks on the innocent. . .Your Word explicitly tells us Vengeance is Mine, and recompense; Their foot shall slip in due time; For the day of their calamity is at hand, And the things to come hasten upon them (Deuteronomy 32:35). and Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, ‘Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,’ says the Lord (Romans 12:19).
Holy Spirit, please guide us in Word and Deed as we share our Testimony of Faith with those around us. As I share with residents in nursing homes “as long as we have breath we can praise The Lord and tell others about His Mercy, Love and Grace.” I have truly been blessed, Heavenly Father, by Your Direction in developing these PowerPoint presentations . . . experiencing a “closer walk with You.” Hallelujah!
Lukewarmness has no place in the lives of Christians. Many do not take into consideration that we are either followers of God the Father, God the Son, or God the Holy Spirit or followers of satan. That’s it. We pray that congregants will recognize the need be part of a church, Bible study, small group that worhips only in Your Spirit and in Your Truth . . . with tickling of ears never permitted to appease members and potential members.
Please revive our churches and believers around the world to take a bold stand for Your Kingdom and Righteousness. For You tell us in Your Word, it is only through Your Righteousness that a nation is exhalted. Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin condemns any people (Proverbs 16:34). Hallelujah! Thine the glory.Hallelujah! Amen. Hallelujah! Thine the glory. REVIVE US AGAIN!
We love You God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We come before Your Throne praying in the Name of Jesus, Amen.
