Please join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA: For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media.

1 Timothy 2:1-2 I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

Matthew 24:3-31 As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” And Jesus answered them, “See that no one leads you astray. For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are but the beginning of the birth pains.

Father,

We are watching prophecy being fulfilled as we read the news. It seems that there are wars everywhere and they are increasing.

We pray for our military. Please give the leaders great wisdom and discernment on how to best protect our country.

So far 7 soldiers have died, which is too many. Please bring comfort and peace to their families. Protect the soldiers who are abroad doing a very dangerous job.

We pray for the people of Iran and other muslim nations. At this time, while they are fasting and praying, please reveal Yourself in dreams and visions to those who are truly seeking you. It is not Your will that any perish but all come to repentance. Please, Holy Spirit, move in hearts and minds to bring a great harvest of souls into Your kingdom.

And we ask the same for this country, that You would work mightily in the hearts and minds of those who don't know you for salvation and protect us from terror attacks. Let those plans be found out or miscarry so that no innocent lives are lost. We thank You and praise You for the answer You are already sending.
