I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-2

Humbly, we remember the years of silence before Jesus’ birth. You promised Salvation through Your prophets, but for hundreds of years there was no sign, no words, no prophesy…silence…until Your perfect time when it all came together–The angels, Mary, Joseph, Zachariah. Hallelujah! Our Savior was born.
Here we are in 2025 coming boldly to Your throne of grace for mercy for our troubled Nation. We confess to the sin of whining about the place in which we find ourselves and remembering all the prayers which are surely alive before Your throne. This is a good time to re-read A Virtuous Woman’s prayer from Saturday. Look what the Lord has done! Thank You for the mighty ways in which You have shown Yourself strong in this pivotal year. We rejoice in the multitudes who have come into Your Kingdom this year and for all the ways we have seen You turn the enemies' attacks into good. You are a mighty God. With the testimony of Jesus’ birth and all that You have accomplished, we rest in faith that You are continuing to work. We will see Your mighty hand in cleansing and doing the righteous things for our Nation’s enemies within and outside our borders. You will give supernatural wisdom, understanding and interpretation to our local, State and National leaders. Nothing hidden will remain but all will be exposed. You will build courage and favor for the plans You release to each leader. Our prodigals will come home with a zeal for Your Kingdom as they fulfill Your destiny for each one.
And we are convinced and sure of this very thing, that You Who began a good work in each one of Your children, you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in us. (Phil. 1:6) Your Light will dispel darkness.
Our problems are nothing for You. You are the Greater One and what a joy it is to be one with You. We love You in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Praying for our Nation and our Leaders.
Praying to rebuke that spirit of anti-Christ attempting to rise up.
Praying for the curtain to be pulled back and let the people see the evil plans being worked against them.
