This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:14)

O God, listen to my complaint. Protect my life from my enemies’ threats. Hide me from the plots of this evil mob, from this gang of wrongdoers.

They sharpen their tongues like swords and aim their bitter words like arrows. They shoot from ambush at the innocent, attacking suddenly and fearlessly. They encourage each other to do evil and plan how to set their traps in secret.

“Who will ever notice?” they ask. As they plot their crimes, they say, “We have devised the perfect plan!” Yes, the human heart and mind are cunning.

But God Himself will shoot them with His arrows, suddenly striking them down. Their own tongues will ruin them, and all who see them will shake their heads in scorn.

Then everyone will be afraid. They will proclaim the mighty acts of God and realize all the amazing things He does. The godly will rejoice in the Lord and find shelter in Him. And those who do what is right will praise Him (Psalm 64).

FATHER GOD,

Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise His holy name (Psalm 103:1).

The battle rages for the soul of America. Satan and his minions attempt to stave off the inevitable… Jesus wears the Victor’s crown and His return is eminent.

Spiritual watchmen sound the alarm: Prepare! Prepare! But alas, the Church rests on its laurels, oblivious to the perils our nation is going through.

We are thankful for President Trump, JD Vance, his administration, and the many god-fearing men and women in governmental positions. Give them stature, favor, wisdom, and knowledge. Protect them from those with differing beliefs and ideologies. Fill them with Your SPIRIT to boldly stand unashamedly for the cause of Christ.

The lack of Christians filling elected offices, boards, commissions, committees, etc. has opened the door for Satan’s minions to takeover communities, counties and, state & national government.

As the 2026 election nears, awaken Your people. As then Governor Ronald Reagan aptly declared: “Freedom is a fragile thing and it's never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by way of inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people. And those in world history who have known freedom and then lost it have never known it again… The deterioration of every government begins with the decay of the principle upon which it was founded."

LORD, may it not be said that America failed because of Christians. May we rededicate ourselves to Your Command: “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land (2 Chronicles 7:14).

May You have mercy on us, LORD, and give us another chance to stand together as believers in love and with one resolve. May Your will be done in America. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

In JESUS’ Name we pray. AMEN.
