Dear Holy Abba Father, once again Your Free Republic intercessors come together again in Your majestic presence to stand in the gap for America, all the nations, and especially Your beloved nation of Israel; and for our families, loved ones and friends. Thank You for Your divine protection against all enemies. We confess and repent of our national sins of pride, self-worship, deceit, rebellion, depravity, witchcraft, blasphemy, scoffing and mockery of You, the one True Holy God. We tear down all the idolatries we foolishly attempt to place above You. Oh Elohim Adonai, rebuke the evil spirits that oppress the people in bondage, who attempt to fill our minds with delusion and hearts with murder and hatred. Bind these wicked spirits from Your royal position of Victory! We confess our sins and cry out to our Savior and King, Lord Jesus Christ--oh save us Lord Jesus as only You can do! Fill us with Your Holy Spirit to comfort, strengthen and wisely guide us. Amen.
As we see anxieties and fears rise amongst the people, especially the young, we cry out to Your Holy Spirit to calm our hearts and minds for deliverance. We are weak, Father, but You are strong! We rely on Your Perfect Love which casts out all fear, anxiety and confusion. Only in You, Abba Father, are we truly free!
As we trust in You and Your plans for us, You grant us clarity of thought and vision. You lift burdens off our shoulders as we lay our cares at Your feet. We no longer trying to tough it out on our own, knowing that the works You do are infinitely greater than anything we attempt to do in our flesh. Thank You for the True relief that only comes from surrender to You, knowing that You are in control and working our own good for Your Glory. Oh Holy Father, we give it all up to You!
Thank You for the loving protection You provide Your children: (Ephesians 6:13-17) “Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”
Father God, keep us full of Your godly courage so we may stand strong on the TRUTH and Righteousness of our Savior Jesus Christ, as we work the harvest in a world passing away. Thank You for walking with us as we carry out Your mission in our daily lives: At home, at work, on the street, online and even here (and especially) at Free Republic--at every opportunity You send our way may we pray and tell Your Good News.
Oh gracious Holy Father, we give all thanks, praise and glory to You! Your mercies are new every morning and for that we are eternally greatful. How wonderful You are that we can have complete trust and faith in You. We long for the day when every knee will bow and every tongue confess that our King JESUS CHRIST is LORD! MARANATHA! Three cheers forever for the Father, Son and Holy Spirit! In the Name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

Thank you Mr. Jim Robinson! God bless you and Free Republic. Holy Father let this be the place where we stand together upon the rock of Righteousness, Jesus Christ.
Prayer For Godly Courage
Thank You, Lord, for the mystery of, “Christ in you the hope of glory”. Thank You also, for the wonderful examples of men and women of faith, who have been given godly courage to carry out the duties that You called them to do.
Lord, I pray that in the power of the Holy Spirit, You would develop in me a godly wisdom and courage to live my Christian life as light in a darkened world, whatever the cost.
Father, You have called us to reflect Your light and to tell of Your healing power. May I be enabled by Your Holy Spirit to speak out Your Word of truth, in grace and love. May I become a mirror that reflects You so completely in all I say and do, that Christ may be seen in me, to Your praise and glory. In Jesus’ name, amen.
