"...if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."
Today we lift up to You for prayer the young people coming up in Gen Alpha, Gen Z and the Millennials. These youngsters were born into an America largely separated from You and loosely drifting further away from Your plan and principles for a godly country.
** They were raised in the chaos of societal mess of moral relativity created by selfish adults: Parents, teachers, politicians, entertainers, false preachers, CEOs, etc. They came into a world where God was totally banned from the public square.
** They survived the slaughter of abortion where one third of their generation was wiped out. Then they were told the preborn child is just a clump of cells. In school they were taught they evolved from apes, not created by our Creator Jesus Christ.
** They were indoctrinated into the religion of Gaia worship; that carbon,the building block of life, is a pollutant; and that humans will totally destroy the planet by 2030.
** They were raised in devastated families where often their parents divorced or never married, and many never saw our even knew their fathers. They were told fathers weren’t necessary and men are evil.
** They were taught the color of their skin was more important than faith, hard work and true education. If they disagreed, they were cancelled.
** They were forced to stay at home for months on end with masks covering their faces, prohibited from coming within 6 feet from one another, and injected with an experimental poison that damaged their hearts and ruined their health.
** They were purposely confused and devoured by mentally unwell and spiritually unfit adults that reality is subjective. They were recruited by child predators into perverse lifestyles.
** Many in their generations are crippled in depression and anxiety that their lives have no meaning. Medical and pharmaceutical industries make billions mutilating their bodies and pumping them full of drugs. Under the American garbage diet, they endure declining health, strength and lifespan.
** They witnessed violent devastation of their cities and governmental corruption with no perpetrators held accountable and the innocent thrown in prison. They witnessed the takedown of once-great America by complete lawlessness, crime and open borders, corrupt elections, and saw the attempted assassination of the president.
** Ill-prepared for the work place through no fault of their own, they struggle to find good jobs while competing with illegal aliens, while the older generations mock them.
** Bored, lonely and glued to their phones, they seek pretend friends on social media and follow advice from AI chatbots, even to the point of suicide. They are taught not to think but blindly follow.
** They witnessed the complete inversion of good and evil where anything goes and everyone does what’s good in their own eyes, and no one can say what’s right or wrong. Demonic entertainment by depraved stars is pumped into their brains, encouraging them to to act like the animals they’re told they are. They watched porn as young children.
** They watched wipeout of Truth give rise to the tyrannical virtue of pride. They see the older generations: Gen X who don’t care and insane Boomers stuck in 1967 hippie mode.
Abba Father, You know the youngest generations have hit rock bottom for us all. We confess as a society we have failed them and squandered our responsibility for their righteous upbringing. Oh forgive us, Father God! The young are desperate for Truth and meaning in life, and are actively seeking but may not know they need to seek You. You know the danger is the many predators waiting to trap and exploit them as the devil prowls about like a lion, seeking whom to devour. Desperate for hope they are ripe for an antichrist. More than ever it’s time for Your people to step up and fulfill Your great commission. Keep Your Holy Spirit strong in our hearts to guide us.
Oh Holy Father God, we cry out that You pour out Your Holy Spirit upon these young ones! Thanks to You they are actively seeking You out. You are faithful and we are thankful we can count on You to be there for them! We pray for the greatest revival to move among these generations in preparation for the return of our Savior Jesus Christ, when He calls His faithful to him. In His Name we pray, amen.

For America As A Nation Who Has Lost Its Way
Loving Lord, I come to You to place the once great nation of United States of America at Your feet, knowing that our great country and it’s constitution was made for a moral and religious people and is wholly inadequate for any other form of government, and yet we have strayed so far from the principles and practices of our great founders, who drew up our constitution based on Your Word.
But Lord, although this was once the land of the brave and the home of the free, sadly there is so much that is wrong with our country that I fear for its future. Lord, as a people we have walked away from You and discredited Your holy name by the way that we have conducted ourselves over the past few years and there is no health in our land.
Look down in pity on our people and our land, and protect us from those that seem determined on destroying our nation. Send Your Spirit I pray, through the land of America, and touch the hearts of all those that are called by Your name to plead on behalf our people. Convict those that are damaging our infrastructure and as a nation may we turn away from our wicked ways and return You to Your rightful position, in integrity and truth.
I ask this in Jesus’ name, amen.

Prayer Of Thanks For God’s Protection
Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for the promise that none can pluck us out of Your hand and none can pluck us out of Your Father’s hand either. Oh Lord, this world seems to be getting more dangerous and more violent with each passing year, but I do thank You that no matter what happens to us in this life, we are safe in Your hands for we have eternal life in You, simply because we are Your children.
Protect us Lord Jesus, and keep us safe as we go about our daily duties in this world. Lord, You have placed each one of us in the location where You would have us be and although we are surrounded by dangers and difficulties, we pray Your loving protection over all Your children.
Keep us ever safe in Your hands and use us Lord to give encouragement and care to others in dangers and difficulties. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Thanksgiving That God Is In Control Of The Future
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for all that You have provided for me in a time when the future looks so bleak. Let me never forget that my citizenship is in heaven and that no matter what happens in my life, while I remain on earth You are in control, and You have promised to care for all Your children.
Help me to live my life in a manner that is pleasing to You in this ever changing world, and help me not to put my hope and trust in the leaders of this world nor the things of this world that are passing away, but may I always remember that my hope is built on nothing less that Jesus and His righteousness. For this I praise and thank You Lord.
Thank You, Father, that You know the end from the beginning, and that You are truly in control of all that happens. Not only in our lives but in every corner of the world. Guide, protect and supply for the needs of all Your children and thank You Father that we do know that our future is secure in You, no matter what may take place in the world. Praise Your name, and thank You for Your loving kindness, amen.

Guide, Govern and Protect Your People
Oh Lord, our heavenly Father, You created us and have preserved us, despite the way we have gone away from the things of God. Be pleased, we pray, to guide and govern, protect and provide for all You people
We especially pray for the Church, which is the body of Christ, and for all who profess to call themselves Christians. Uphold us with Your gracious hand, convict us of our need of You, unite us together in brotherly love and give comfort to those that are afflicted in body, mind or soul.
Protect Your people and keep us safe, we pray, in the increasingly distressing times in which we live and bring us all into Your wonderful presence and use us for Your greater glory in Jesus’ name, amen.

For Young Believers To Develop An Evangelistic Heart
Loving Father, You sent the Lord Jesus Christ, Your only begotten and eternal Son into the world to save sinners. But there are many people in the world who have not heard this, people who need to hear the good news of the glorious gospel of grace, and of Jesus Christ, Who died for their sins and rose again the third day.
Raise up young men and women with a heart for Jesus and a desire to share the gospel with those that are lost in their sins, so that many may be brought to saving faith in the Lord Jesus. Develop in these young people, the heart of an evangelist and the opportunity to share the good news of the gospel of grace to those that are lost and in need of a Savior. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.

Praying For Spiritual Fruit In Our Young People
Father, how we thank You for the children and young people who have come to saving faith in You. We pray that each one would be filled with a knowledge of Your will, through the wisdom and understanding that only comes through the Holy Spirit.
May each one learn to walk in spirit and truth, to grow in grace, be endowed with godly wisdom, depend on Your all-sufficient strength and come to an ever-increasing knowledge of their Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
May they bring forth the precious fruit of the Spirit and develop an ever-deepening love and passion for the Lord Jesus Christ, Himself.
May our children and young people mature in the faith, bearing spiritual fruit in every good work and be strengthened with all power, according to Your glorious might.
Support them we pray, through the dangers and difficulties of life and give them the grace and wisdom to make godly choices in the problematic days that lie ahead. This we ask in the precious name of Jesus, amen.
