Lord Jesus, we come together to honor you by praying to you for our nation, our president, his staff and our government, even though we sometimes are greatly disappointed by them. Then again sometimes we put too much faith in them and not you Lord.

Lord Jesus we thank you for the recent progress and victories in the political realm. We know that the battle is far from over, we continue to pray for justice and fairness for the citizens of our country.

Lord Jesus we lift up President Trump and we ask for vindication of those who were unjustly imprisoned and for the stolen election. May there be accountable and a change to honesty in the political process and media coverage.

In Jesus Name we pray, Amen!

This is is repeated almost verbatim in Mark and Luke.

Heavenly Father, please place your hand of protection around Donald Trump and his family and his cabinet members. Let no weapon formed against them prosper.

Protect our nation today as we celebrate our independence and freedoms. Let any schemes for terrorist activity today be found out and utterly foiled.

Keep the protests scheduled for today from becoming disruptive or violent. Open the protestors’ eyes to the many blessings they have in this country.

Keep us safe from harm from fireworks as we celebrate this day, and let no fires start in our hot and dry areas.

Thank you for watching over us and for beginning the restoration of our country. Help us to continue to follow your guidance and the principles you laid out in your Word.
