We praise You that You are all knowing, for Your sovereignty, and for Your might and power in our times. Thank You for going before us as a tender shepherd, protecting and providing for us in every moment.
Thank You for Your Word, preserved for thousands of years, to comfort and guide us. Thank You that we have that Word so readily available to us in print and digitally. We are without excuse for studying and showing ourselves approved to be workmen, unashamed. Help us to be diligent to study and develop Your wisdom, because through it we learn discernment and common sense.
Father, I believe we are alive for such a time as this – to take Your truth to an ignorant, confused, and depraved generation. A generation that has believed lies. A generation that is under a strong delusion. A generation so confused that they can’t even clearly see the difference between a man and a woman. A generation so deluded that they call an unborn child a clump of cells and abortion anything but murder. They are blind and deaf.
How can they change? By the foolishness of preaching. Plain and simple. Preaching and teaching the truth. That is love. Prophets were hated because they preached the truth. John the Baptist was hated because he preached the truth. Yeshua was hated because he preached the truth. They all preached teshuvah (repentence), which means “return to Torah.” Yeshua showed us how to live the Torah. He was hated because He exposed the lies about adding to the Torah. But He said, “Take my yoke upon you for my burden is light.” You, Father, gave us laws to protect us and bless us, yet today’s churches don’t teach those truths. Our families, friends, and our country suffer for it.
Last night I was meditating on Revelation 22, where it says this:
12 “Pay attention!” [says Yeshua,] “I am coming soon, and my rewards are with me to give to each person according to what he has done. 13 I am the ‘A’ and the ‘Z,’ the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.” 14 How blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they have the right to eat from the Tree of Life and go through the gates into the city! 15 Outside are the homosexuals, those involved with the occult and with drugs, the sexually immoral, murderers, idol-worshipers, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.” (CJB)
I pray for You, Lord, to break the delusion and expose the lies of the modern-day apostate churches. They focus on entertainment and social justice (calling it love), ignoring Your truth. They teach lies, ignoring the book of Leviticus, which opened my own eyes that were blinded by the church’s lies. When I read it, I saw how much blood had to be shed daily for sin. It caused me to tremble, but it also caused me to see how precious Yeshua’s blood is. It takes away my sin. It makes me hurt when I do sin and I imagine myself having to take an animal and shed its blood to cover my sin. It’s humbling to realize that I have Yeshua’s blood to cover it - if I repent. But more than that, I have the power of Your Spirit inside me to resist temptation and sin – if I ask for it. What a wonder! You have made a way through Your love and I am so grateful.
Your ways please me and give me great joy. I rejoice in Your laws, Your Shabbat, and Your feasts and festivals. All are blessings and they turned my life around when I embraced them.
I thank You for my brothers and sisters gathered here daily to praise You, thank You, and pray for our country. America was founded on Biblical principles. Our money says, “In God We Trust”. I pray that it will be so again. We pray for a country-wide, world-wide revival of obedience to Your laws, because that will change things.
We pray for our leaders, especially our president, his cabinet, his advisors, and his family. Please protect them. Lord, please go after them, convict them, draw them, open their eyes and ears, humble them to seek Your face, Your Truth, and surrender to Your will and Your ways.
Father, we pray for all thing that are hidden to be revealed and brought to justice. Our country has become more and more lawless, especially seeing how government officials commit crimes and get away with it. We pray and believe that this will change as the truth comes out. We pray for an end to the two-level system of justice.
We pray that the truth about the Biden presidency will be revealed and dealt with quickly. Please bring it all the light about his mental condition, the use of the auto-pen, and the fraudulent, stolen 2020 election.
We pray for our country’s economy, and for the Reconciliation Bill to be passed quickly. Ultimately, we pray for the budget to be balanced through tariffs, spending cuts, and a booming economy under President Trump’s leadership. May the bill be ironed out and passed through the senate speedily.
Thank You, Father, for Your Shabbat, and may our obedience and our rest cause Your face to shine upon us.
