(OPINION) A self-proclaimed prophet, Brandon Dale Biggs, a pastor hailing from Oklahoma, has made headlines with his latest revelation following his prediction of an assassination attempt on Donald Trump.
In a series of prophetic visions that he claims began in 2014, Biggs alleges that God unveiled to him a striking image of the next pope standing alongside the Antichrist, a figure often depicted in biblical texts as both charismatic and treacherous, signaling what he interprets as the onset of the apocalyptic end times.
With the recent passing of Pope Francis on Easter Monday at the age of 88, Biggs feels that his 2014 vision has taken on a renewed significance.
He vividly describes a poignant dream where he observed a slender, white man dressed in traditional papal garments—the iconic white robe and stole of the Pope—standing next to the Antichrist, who was clad in dark attire, embodying the traditional imagery of evil and manipulation.
While Biggs refrains from offering an explicit interpretation of the implications of this vision, he references a distinct message he claims to have received from God in early 2025, believing it to be intricately linked to his earlier dreams.
“The Lord said He was cleaning house, that judgment would commence within the house of the Lord first,” he recounted.
In a chilling assertion, he prophesies that figures of significant authority within the church are destined to pass away, enhancing the eerie gravity of his statements.
“Did I see the Pope going? No, I did not,” Biggs clarified, emphasizing that he foresaw the fate of other key religious leaders instead.
Dismissed by some as a mere superstitious individual, Biggs has previously gained attention for his accurate predictions.
In an April 2024 video, just three months prior to the assassination attempt on Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, he referenced a harrowing event where a bullet barely missed Trump’s head, causing severe damage to his eardrum.
As the Catholic Church prepares to fulfill its long-standing tradition of electing a new pope within 15 to 20 days following a papal death, speculation has turned to the twelve cardinal candidates most likely to succeed Francis.
Among these, eight are identified as white: Pietro Parolin, Peter Erdo, Angelo Scola, Reinhard Marx, Marc Ouellet, Robert Prevost, Pierbattista Pizzaballa, and Michael Czerny.
Notably, several of these men fit Biggs’ physical description of the future pope, including Parolin, Erdo, Prevost, Pizzaballa, and Czerny.
In the sphere of prediction markets, Polymarket—a cryptocurrency prediction platform based in Manhattan—has positioned Cardinal Parolin as the frontrunner expected to be elected, adding an intriguing layer to Biggs’ prophetic claims.

Lots of people were predicting they would try to assassinate Trump.
The week before Butler the bankruptcy trustee tried to take over Alex Jones’ studio without a warrant and he stopped them. He said then that they were trying to get him off the air because they were going to try to assassinate Trump and they didn’t want him on the air when it happened.

I have no idea who it will be but one analysis says Parolin is co spidered too dull, zero charisma. I’m a cardinal Sarah guy but I think he’s too old. I think Pizzaballa is as conservative as we can get

I’m pretty certain Trump would.
He said that he saw blood coming from the ear and speculated it might have damaged his ear drum.
Several other things he predicted in that same video also came true: that all the cases against Trump would go away or Trump would prevail, that Trump would win, that there would be an awakening/revival (happening, particularly among young men), and that Trump had committed his life to God (who he credits for saving him).
He also said God is not done with America yet but that we will face a great depression soon. We shall see.
The next pope will be more godless than the last one. Wait and see.

Sorry, dude - doesn’t take a prophet to predict that someone would take a shot at Donald Trump. Everything else in the leftist toolbox had failed, that was all that was left. Also no secret that another leftist pope could be inviting the end times.

This is clearly written in the Scriptures so it is not a revelation.
I don’t know about his calling as a prophet, but he’s right about the LORD cleaning up His house. Judgement begins in the house of God -— 1 Peter 4:17.
False prophets should receive their punishment.
