"Remember the Sabbath day."
One of my church members made this comment She said "I think you make too much of it (Laughter) it It's like a man caught by his wife and he's committing adultery."
So here's a man He's caught committing adultery and his wife says to him "You're breaking the seventh commandment." And he says "I think you make too much of it."
He says that because he's guilty before God. It is a guilty world my friend that has forgotten the words of God that says.... you make too much of it...... But God placed it right there in the very center It is called in scripture the Lord's day Would you come
over here to Revelation 1 and verse 10......

God's seal throughout scripture that identify who his people are from Adam to John. The Sabbath in Genesis 2. The Sabbath in Revelation 1:10.
The only day God declared to be a holy day. Not Easter, Not Christmas, not cucaracha day.....the day in the center of his law.
Just hilarious how he delivers this ...but spot on of course.
I'm no mathematician, but wouldn't the "center" of ten be FIVE???
“Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you." (Exodus 20:12)
John Carter of Mars?
Trolling, too!
Are you SDA?

At least he’s stopped calling normal Christians idiots and fools.
>>>I’m no mathematician, but wouldn’t the “center” of ten be FIVE???>>>
You ever look at the number of letters in each paragraph of the 10? Yah....the Sabbath is the LONGEST of the 10 and pretty much in the center.
Pretay, pretay, pretay much. Not exact maybe......but pretay much. I mean it’s not a Bible doctrine......but sure is neat how that all worked out. What a God!

Uh, because I’m a Sabbath keeping adventist I’m a “troll”..
I see lots of Catholic posts and evangelical posts and uh....isn’t that by design, the religion and apologetics subforums here on FR?
Hey, it’s not because you hate the Sabbath now is it?
Luke 18 10 “Two men went up into the temple to pray, the one a Pharisee and the other a publican.
11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, ‘God, I thank Thee that I am not as other men are: extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.
12 I fast twice in the week; I give tithes of all that I possess.’
13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not so much as lift up his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me a sinner!’
14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified, rather than the other; for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased, and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.”
The title of this thread PLAINLY says Adventist Caucus meaning limited to Adventists. I know neither of you pays much attention to Gods Commandments (but God will deal with that later) but this moderated forum has rules and they should be observed.
I reported myself comment for deletion.
jk
Yeah, he’s good. He’d make a sermon lively and not boring.
vespa300 created this "Caucus" a few days ago, but he doesn't know the rules himself. He has stated on his previous "Caucus" threads that anyone can comment on them. This defeats the purpose for having a Caucus thread according to FR rules, but I guess if only people that believed like him could comment on these Adventist threads, he'd pretty much be the only one posting and would have no one to quarrel with.

Wait, so your mad because I don’t mind or care if anyone that disagrees with my post can post comments on my caucus and openly declare their disagreement? Can ridicule what I post? Can attack what I post.
Your mad because I don’t mind if anyone does that?
I thought I had heard it all.
That’s the most bizarre notion I think I have ever heard.
Wow. I can’t even process that. You people are starting to concern me. I thought the LEFT was unwell. Wow.....

I personally believe John Carter was/is the greatest evangelist our church has had since HMS Richards Sr. I attended his church in Glendale CA for about 15 years, he is a personal friend of ours.
Our organist who helped play the organ on Sabbaths was the late Paul Mickleson. He traveled and played with Billy Graham for years and years. He would come each Sabbath to play the organ but as he listened to Pastor Carter, it started to resonate. Long story short....he accepted the Sabbath and went with Pastor Carter to Russia back then a few times and was amazed at what he saw.
Pastor Carter was the number 1 watched Adventist show on 3ABN for many years. He preached around the world, Russia, Ukraine, Cuba, Chili, India, and in New Guinea.....100,000 PER NIGHT. PER NIGHT!
That’s a funny clip I think. The husband caught in adultery and his wife says.....”Your breaking the 7th commandment!” And he says.....”I think your making too much of it.”
He says that because he is guilty before God.
Today, people say......”your making too much of the 4th commandment”..and they say it for the same reason.
Actually, today they don’t even keep Sunday anymore. I find few here that do and I admire them for that. Seems most have bought this new theology....Dispensationalism, pretrib raptuer, Israel the nation restored......sounds great. Just none of it is in the Bible. Cool
Is cucaracha day a thing?
Sounds fun.
I miss Charo.
