What do abortion, comprehensive sexual education, transgenderism, and Planned Parenthood all have to do with each other? Find out on this week's episode as Pastor Jack sits down with Seth Gruber to talk all things pro-life and standing up to leftist ideologies that are plaguing our society.

HAPPENING NOW with Seth Gruber and Jack Hibbs:

(90 minutes)

MORE ABOUT SETH GRUBER:

First gaining exposure during his college years, Seth founded and directed the Students for Life Club at Westmont College, a Christian liberal arts institution. While there, he conducted educational displays on campus to challenge the institution for their refusal to take a formal position on abortion. During the summer, Seth interned with a pro-life organization in Southern California, where he helped coordinate and conduct educational displays at over 10 universities and engaged with thousands of students on the topic of abortion. Upon graduation, Seth joined Life Training Institute as a pro-life speaker. He is now a nationally renowned speaker for life, the founder and president of The White Rose Resistance, and the host of the popular podcast “UnAborted.”

I’m listening to this and also didn’t realize the history of Planned Parenthood.

Margret Sanger, as much of a racist as she was, was indeed a eugenicist and they’re still about that today. And now they have genetic testing to weed out the undesirables.

They’re still practicing eugenics.

OK, this will be a bit long, and what I am going to write will piss off a lot of people, especially Christians who have bought into the lie that God cannot provide for those who live as he calls us to live. Fact is, in the context of populating the earth, five times we read that God commanded us to be fruitful and multiply.
(Gen 1:22) And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters of the seas and let the fowl multiply in the earth.
(Gen 1:28) And God blessed them. And God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth."
(Gen 8:17) Bring out with you every living thing that is with you, of all flesh, of fowl, of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth, so that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful and multiply upon the earth.
(Gen 9:1) And God blessed Noah and his sons. And He said to them, Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.
(Gen 9:7) And you be fruitful and multiply. Bring forth abundantly in the earth, and increase in it.
Each of these are separate from the times God said the same thing about the nation of Israel. Thus the 5 times prior to God choosing Abraham's descendants, we see God commanding all men of the earth to be fruitful and multiply. Many claim this was a commandment given to only Israel and thus not pertinent to Christians. Yet we can clearly see that the first five existed long before God chose Abraham's seed, and before Moses was given the Law.

Mind you, God did not add caveats to His commend. He never ever said, "only be fruitful if you can afford children," nor sis He say, "ignore this commandment if would rather have a more profitable worldly lifestyle." Nope, He simply said, be "Fruitful and Multiply," PERIOD!"

Now I understand that unbelievers will limit their blessings. After all, they have a lot more problems with eternal damnation if they never accept Christ as their Lord and Savior. However, for believers to claim they would not be able to afford more than 2 children, really tells you how little faith in God they truly have. Christian, if you have true soul saving faith in Jesus, then stop limiting your blessings of children. Mind you, not all mothers in ancient years had many children. Even Rachel only had two, and it wasn't for lack of trying. God did not bless her like He blessed Leah.
(Exo 1:19-20) The midwives said to Pharaoh, "Because the Hebrew women are not like the Egyptian women, for they are vigorous and give birth before the midwife comes to them." So God dealt well with the midwives. And the people multiplied and grew very strong.
Some lessons from God being in control, and blessings that happen when we allow Him to be in control, would be included in Genesis where we see God blessing Leah for not being loved, and then He remembered Rachel who was barren. Each time God is credited with opening the womb. Never do we read it was an accident the woman got pregnant, nor did they ever intervene to stop a pregnancy they didn't want.
(Gen 29:31) When the LORD saw that Leah was hated, he opened her womb, but later Rachel was barren and God opened her womb.
(Gen 30:22) Gen 30:22 Then God remembered Rachel, and God listened to her and opened her womb.
Then in 1samuel 1:1-2 we read of Ramathaim-zophim who had 2 wives. God opened the womb of Peninnah, yet not Hannah's womb. Then throughout chapter's 1 and 2 we read that God opened the womb of Hannah also, and thus she Had Samuel.

Then in Isaiah is the most direct statement about God being the one who opens and closes the womb.
(Isa 66:9) Shall I bring to the point of birth and not cause to bring forth?" says the LORD; "shall I, who cause to bring forth, shut the womb?" says your God.
In America, I continue to hear even Christians argue that abortion is needed for cases of rape and incest. Which I ask, since when has it been the child's sin for being alive? After a I'm the product of rape, and I thank God everyday of my life that I was born 20 years before Roe vs Wade became law of the land. Others argue that abortion should be used for the Mother's health or because they say the baby will die. Ever hear of Tim Tebow and his mother? They are both supposed to be dead

Noe in the last 15 years we have already seen what liberal anti-God politicians like Presidents Obama and Biden have done to Christians and conservatives. Well imagine how more true Christian conservatives would be alive in America today had Christians trusted God and followed His command of being fruitful and multiplying, instead of following the rule of thumb set by liberals.

This is a serous point to consider. Think about how many more children of true conservative Christian Americans there would be if only leftists had been aborting babies and limiting their pregnancies for the last 50 years. We would have a super majority of pro-life Christian conservatives in power of every state in the Union and the federal Government. Christians should be procreating like rabbits. Then we would not have so many government institutions that defy the Constitution while attacking Christians. If Christians had not limited the number of children they had, then all this liberal anti-Christian communist ideology running amuck today would not even be on the radar.

Mind you, God is replacing our society with those from countries where the majority of people are against abortion and birth-control, Muslims and Hispanics. Oh, and before you say they are not Christians, or not American, God would rather have a child born to get converted that one murdered in the womb. Now I am against illegals coming into America, but I often times think some of this is being pushed by God because of abortion.

As for those who are not supposed to be here, I am against illegals coming into the countries, yet it happens due to crooked politicians. Yet I am often times reminded by what John the Baptist told the Jewish religious leaders.
(Mat 3:9) And do not presume to say to yourselves, we have Abraham as our father,' for I tell you, God is able from these stones to raise up children for Abraham.
Well so too can God raise up followers of Christ from the Muslims and Hispanic being illegally brought into America. Remember, regardless of how they get here, our job as Christians is to share the Gospel with everyone. God could care less how they got here. He still wants us to share the Gospel, and maybe we will win Muslims here illegally over to Jesus.

I'll leave you with one more thought. If we don't stop eliminating our descendants, well we will soon be one extinct culture forgotten about in the annals of history. Interesting how nowhere in Scriptural prophecies do we read about any geographical, economical, intellectual, or military power as power like America. Maybe because God knew we will have removed ourselves from the equation by the time His Son Jesus Christ returns.

Food for thought.

Thanks for that.

There is the school of thought I hear mentioned on occasion that since America has abandoned it's calling and responsibility to go out and evangelize, that God is bringing the people here instead of us going there.

There's this interesting verse to consider in light of illegal immigration.

Acts 17:26-27 From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us.

I am vehemently opposed to it as well, but hopefully some good can come of it.

It may be the only exposure to the gospel some would ever receive and we don't know what fruit it might bear.

Since Trump is sending them back, then I'm presuming that whoever needed to here it has.

I suppose in that case, it behooves us to pray that those who are going to be deported come to Christ or hear the gospel before being sent back, and THEY take the message with them to reach the other countries.

I don't expect that POV to go over well either.

On a different note, I am watching that interview called *Happening Now* between Pastor Hibbs and Seth Gruber and the history of the eugenics and sexual revolution movement in this country is jaw dropping and appalling.

The link for that is above.

Interesting and very thought provoking. Thanks

I like Jack Hibbs.

Although I’m not sure I still agree with him or Calvary Chapel on eschatology anymore. My views on end times has evolved a lot in the last 10 years. And I have been connected with Calvary Chapel for 25 years almost.

My 16,000 member fb group is a Calvary Chapel group. So as a rule I keep most my thoughts on it to myself and share with a few close friends. Otherwise I would probably destroy my group. I do not see end times as a doctrinal issue, so dyeing on that hill is not my cup of tea.

By the way, I decided to rewrite my comment and turned it into a full commentary. I will post it to Free Republic sometime tomorrow morning from my website. I changed it quite a bit. So if your interested I will ping you after I post it. The title will be.

I certainly believe we’re in the end times, but they will proceed at their own pace and I think there are enough extra issues to deal with that nobody needs to obsess over the WHEN.

FWIW, it was someone sharing with me about end times happenings that led me to Christ. so God can certainly sue it to reach people

And the March of Dimes organization STILL does, as well. That's why I refuse to donate to them. They counsel parents of "defective" unborn babies to abort.

Well said.
According to the Who’s worldometer, there are now over over 200,000 abortions worldwide per day. I can scarcely wrap my mind around that but I can grasp that God, unlike too much of humanity, is not desensitised to or become numb that. When He pours out His wrath it will be terrible.

Just touching on eschatology...
(2 Tim 1;7,8) “For God has not given us the spirit of fear but of, love and a sound mind. Be thou not therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord “..... “for the testimony of our Lord is the spirit of prophecy “ (Rev 19:10)

Yes it is mind boggling.

I can only imagine the pain God must feel for the pure defilement of inborn life, especially in the grotesque way they have learned to abort babies.

It's almost like the abortionists get extra joy out of discovering new ways to kill life. Hitlers sadistic butchers like Mengele had nothing on today's abortionists. I refuse to prefix his name with the word doctor.

As I contemplate it, it makes it easier to understand God's coming wrath.
