God wants you to know Him as much more than just an acquaintance or an ally. He wants you to have an intimate connection, friendship, and dependence on Him. Do you really know God the way He wants to be known? Learn how to deepen your relationship with the Lord in today’s episode of Real Life TV.
Jack Hibbs is senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills.
Of possible interest.
His site is *Real Life with Jack Hibbs*.
Many other sites post his messages, but this is HIS site for those who want to stick with him and not give others hits.
God knows me.
I like the Calvary Chapels
My relationship with the good Lord does NOT require me to listen to some/any internet “preacher”.
I even own my own set of Scriptures.

I already know Him well and experience Him daily. I feel sorry for those who chase butterflies and walk in circles.
There are many hypocrites who push false doctrine. I can feel their hearts are empty. There is no mistaking it.
The pathway to God is within you.
They argue with me, and spit at me. You notice they condemn me and will even most likely delete this post.
So I have stopped sharing pearls with the swine as they have already turned on me.
I also know that God’s words are similar to Jesus’s.
Matthew 7:
“True and False Disciples
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’
23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’”
(I shudda read ahead!)
Fine.
If you don’t want to listen, then don’t.
It’s good preaching.
Yes.
I don’t think anyone in human form can truly ‘know God’.
But He knows us all.
I just call him the Supreme Being.
I just call him the Supreme Being.
He has his own church. I’ll bet he’d brought more people to God than you have.
Tough crowd. Probably religionists.
John 6:40 New International Version For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.” New Living Translation For it is my Father’s will that all who see his Son and believe in him should have eternal life. I will raise them up at the last day.” English Standard Version For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.” Berean Standard Bible For it is My Father’s will that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.” Berean Literal Bible For this is the will of My Father, that everyone beholding the Son and believing in Him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up in the last day." King James Bible And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. |
Thanks metmom. I love to listen to Pastor Hibbs and many others’ sermons while I’m working.
So it seems.
You’re welcome.
