Join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA:
For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media.

I urge, then, first of all,
that requests, prayers, intercession,
and thanksgiving be made
for everyone:
for kings and all those in authority
that we may live peaceful and quiet lives
in all godliness and holiness.

Heavenly Father –

As we passed Christmas and are heading for the New Year, we look back as well as ahead, like Janus, the root word for January:

Yet, we have the promises of the only One True God, our Lord and Savior, that because of His redemption, we are part of the New Creation:

Therefore, in 2025 may we put the past behind us and press forward:

May we put our trust in our Lord and Savior, who gave us the rest of redemption as we humbly bring our petitions as we wait:

*Reveal all that has been concealed in the Light of His Word.

* Overrule the evil machinations of the wicked, especially to sabotage the incoming Trump administration, congress, the judicial system, education and religious institutions, all those in government and in the home.

* Grant wisdom and courage for God’s people to stand firm until Jesus comes to take His own.

* Protect for President Trump, JD Vance, family, and allies from attacks of the wicked—physically, emotionally, and spiritually

* Grant our people a heart of repentance bringing a moving of the Spirit, sparking repentance, revival, restoration, renewal.

If it be Your will, Lord, Make America Great Again by us returning to You with all our heart.

And may we continue, without ceasing….:

Psalm 41 is cited above. Thank you for referring to it.
As you may already know is one of the great prophetic psalms written primarily from the viewpoint of Christ (verses 5-10). Verse 4 may be an exception unless the Lord refers to imputed sins which He bears vicariously. David might also be referring to the census plague or divine discipline thru Absalom's rebellion.

Gracious Father,
We thank you that the courageous Savior endured malice and hatred of these demonically energized foes. They lied about him and spread falsehood whenever they could. They anxiously anticipated His death and took delight in the fact that the Same was buried. However, to their dismay, You were pleased with Him raised Christ the Lord to share Your glory in heaven.
