Those of you who follow this Thread daily may have noticed a brief interruption earlier this week. The reason was that my 2014 Mac Mini had become so "corrupted" that it wouldn't load. I was so frustrated that I called Apple Support, and got a very nice and competent person in Georgia who stayed on the phone with me for over two and a half hours. Together, we went through various processes to "reboot", including the old standby of "Unplugging everything and plugging it back in again after counting to ten". We emptied out the cache, cleaned out the cookies, checked the storage, and so on. It was finally determined that the computer was now officially "obsolete" and couldn't get any more software updates. I am saving up for a new one, and will get some money off for the Trade-in, and we manged to clean the thing up a bit to remove that oppressive SLOWNESS. Anyway, when I can afford a new one, I will have to go offline for about a week while we transfer all the date to the new computer before cleaning out the old one for recycling. I just wanted to prepare you for another lapse in the Thread, Coming Soon.

Just yesterday, my sister remarked:

"Wouldn't it be nice if we could unplug the World, Count to Ten, and then Plug it back in?"

I replied that was exactly what God did in the Sixth Chapter of Genesis.

In this brief Passage of Scripture, introducing the Familiar Story of Noah's Ark, we see The LORD (Yahweh) contemplating the wickedness of humans, and how the people have become thoroughly corrupted. There was no "fixing" the problem because it had gone too far to fix. In the Original Hebrew, we see Yahweh saying "MY Spirit shall not strive with men forever". Here it is in the Hebrew, read from Right to Left:

Notice how the Editor has used Upper Case Initials for "My Spirit", making it a Proper Noun, as in a Name. Yahweh is not talking about a breath, or any spirit, but MY Spirit, the Spirit of Yahweh. This is a very early confirmation of the personhood of The Holy Spirit all the way back in Genesis.
