This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:14)
I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-2

Jesus, You are the Way, the Truth and the Life. We thank You for that. We are blessed by the Chief Shepherd and the guidance of the Holy Spirit as we walk through our earthly lives. We yearn for Your ministry in the lives of those who have yet to find this Truth, Life and Way. We pray for Your ekklesia to hear and heed Your Word:
Yet now be strong, alert, and courageous, O Zerubbabel, says the Lord; be strong, alert, and courageous, O Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest; and be strong, alert, and courageous, all you people of the land, says the Lord, and work! For I am with you, says the Lord of hosts. According to the promise that I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt, so My Spirit stands and abides in the midst of you; fear not. (Haggai 2;4-5)
Be on your guard [constantly alert], and watch [a]and pray; for you do not know when the time will come. (Mark 13:33)
Be on the alert! Stand firm in the faith! Be men of courage! Be strong! (1 Cor. 16:13)
We pray for those in authority who are responsible for our safety and well-being at the Federal State and local levels.
We say: Sober up morally and stop sinning, for some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame. (1 Cor. 15:34)
Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.” (Eph. 5:14)
Wake up! Strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have found your deeds unfinished in the sight of my God. (Rev. 3:2)
You have told us that no one comes to the Father unless he is drawn by the Spirit. Release Your grace to be saved through the enlightenment of the eyes of the understanding of our people. May it be said of our UNITED States of America that we are a truly awakened people, alert and alive to You.
Bless President Trump, his family and staff with increasing courage, resiliency and humility before the only One Who can save and deliver.
We love You, dear Father, pray and trust You in Jesus' most glorious and holy name. Amen.
