The problem with running for elections is that the politicians have rigged the elections so that you have to file to run for office 6-9 months before the election. The good news is that many of these extremely early deadlines have been ruled unconstitutional by the courts.
The 900 pound gorilla is the pervasiveness and aggressive nature of homosexuality. Despite their mental illness only being a small fraction of the normal population, they are having an outsized effect on us and our children and our culture.
Look at Disney: despite losing money, they continue to push gay-themed cartoons, movies, paraphernalia - it’s obviously not done for profit.
