Join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA: For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Agri-Business; End to Sex Slavery; Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:14)

I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-2

Father God, we make a joyful noise unto God, all the earth; We sing forth the honor and glory of Your name; We make Your praise glorious! As we pray for our UNITED States of America, we say to You, “How awesome and fearfully glorious are Your works! Through the greatness of Your power shall Your enemies submit themselves to You [with feigned and reluctant obedience]. All the earth shall bow down to You and sing [praises] to You; they shall praise Your name in song.”

We read what You have done for Your people in the past and what has been passed down to us since then. We rejoice in Your mighty works. We know how to save Your people You smite their foes; You have been terrible in Your doings toward the children of men. You turned the sea into dry land, so that the sons of Israel crossed through the river on foot. You rule by Your might forever! Your eyes observe and keep watch over the nations. Our cry to You is: Let not the rebellious exalt themselves.

We bless our God! We give You grateful thanks and make the voice of Your praise be heard, Blessed be God, Who has not rejected our prayer nor removed His mercy and loving-kindness from being [as it always is] with us. Thank You for encouraging our boldness here before Your throne because of the total victory over the enemy and our salvation by Jesus, our Christ. Amen. (From Psalm 66)
