Blaspheming Homosexual Rap Artist Endorsed by Lecrae Wants to Start Making Christian Music
Disntr ^ | December 4, 2023 | staff

Making the news cycle in 2021, you may remember some of the hype surrounding hip-hop artist, Lil Nas’ and his conversion to Satanism. Lil Nas not only came out as a flaming homosexual, but also as one who worships the devil as he depicted himself in disgusting sex acts with Satan in his music video.

But all of that is old news. I will not link to the video. I only mention this to bring up the next disturbing issue, that the “Christian” hip hop community has come out in full support of Lil Nas’ who is openly and proundly homosexual. But even worse, these so-called “Christian” rappers are endorsed by The Gospel Coalition.

The first is Andy Mineo, a Christian hip-hop artist who has been given glowing accolades by The [completely apostate] Gospel Coalition. Mineo apologizes to Lil Nas on behalf of Christians who oppose homosexuality.

Then there is Hulvey, who is associated with the flagship icon of Christian hip-hop, Lecrae, who also adds his apology for Christians into the mix. Hulvey tells Lil Nas that Jesus isn’t angry…that he isn’t angry that he depicts himself in homosexual acts with Satan. Because, yeah, God is cool with that, you know.

Then, it shouldn’t go without mentioning that Lecrae, himself, has buddied up with Lil Nas and while Lecrae has been out denouncing “white Christianity” nearly daily—and deconstructing from Christianity altogether—he’s been silent since his endorsement of Lil Nas. In a now-deleted Instagram post, Lecrae commented on a picture of the two at the BET Awards, saying “He told me his dad is a huge fan. Which is either a compliment or testament to how long I been doing this.”

Well, now Lil Nas wants to make Christian music, and thanks to his Evangelical endorsements from “Christian” rappers, like Lecrae, Hulvey, and Andy Mineo, he sees no issue with this. In fact, he has taken it to an extremely debased level, even claiming that he can continue to perform homosexual acts on other men while making Christian music, and that the two are not “mutually exclusive.” I HATE, HATE, HATE to even post this tweet from this foul individual, but we need to know what kind of ripple effect comes down the pipelines when we try to intertwine Christianity with the world and reconcile the two. Pastors approve of TGC, TGC approves of these “Christian rappers,” and these Christian rappers approve of Lil Nas, and Lil Nas posts this:(On link)

I’ll reserve judgement until I get some hard evidence. I have enough inside experience with the music industry to separate the truth from the “Official” BS.

ProTip: They are ALL human regardless of the hype, and all of the successful ones know it going in.

Lecrae is a Christian rapper. His lyrics were clean. Recently, Lecrae and Mineo have been making music together.

A couple years ago, Lecrae made a video suggesting people not pay attention to Lil Nas X’s antics:

Sadly. Maybe putting milestones around their necks and tossing them into the sea 🌊 will wake them up.

What I recall about Lil Nas, besides how annoying he appears, is when he first began receiving big media attention, one of his major enthusiastic supporters was Miley Cyrus father, you know, Mr.Achey Breaky Heart?
Nas was pretending to sing Country at the time.

THAT is why I remember Lil Nas to this day! I had the Achy Breaky thing on Maximum Rotation at my last professional gig (I was a regular since 2015, 2-4 nights a week) before our fake Conservative “Elected Leader” unconstitutionally shut down the entire Province for two years.

ROTFLMAO!!!!!!

I never heard about Lacrae but I should make a point of checking out his work. Thanks for the link!

Took me less than a minute into that video to respect the man and would probably walk away as a friend after one in-person meeting. He seems like the Real Deal. Now, tell me more about Mineo because I know SFA about rap & Hip-Hop. Except for this Franco-Belgian rapper who is still going strong 45 years later, anyway. The lyrics are all about how he’s contemplating suicide (the title translates as “Stop or Keep Going”) while still being funny. Hers’s a remix posted in 2016:

“If it don’t swing, don’t ring.”

Here is the tamest song Lil Nas ever did.
Its a rappy country song (old town road) with Billy Ray Cyrus. I thought it was entertaining but I bet no one else here thinks so.

Oh, no, not the 3AM Rabbit Hole! I’ve been down there myself... lol.

Thanks for that link to “Plastic Bertrand.” It sounded like 1980’s rap.

I guarantee you know more about rap than I do. The only reason I ever heard of Lecrae is that my kids listened to him when they were growing up. As a result, once in a while, my music streaming service will start playing Christian rap. Usually, I skip past it, but I do like some tracks, such as this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJ0G2WH5IlE

I first heard of Andy Mineo a year ago when “Good Lord” (Lecrae and Mineo) popped up on my streaming service. I liked the 1970’s funky vibe. Mineo’s videos have a sense of humor.
Here’s the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O5hhMEzCfd4

I don’t know anything about their politics, but they are Christians.

Right on schedule, another Rabbit Hole until next bedtime. Tomorrow night I might mix things up by doing another broadcast that I’ll end before I get overstimulated. I will at some point open the link you posted while I was sleeping and/or having another meal. In the meantime:

In my opinion this both the best and saddest song ever from Pet Shop Boys. Neil Tennant is a genius.

Only Ultravox comes close: https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/4201601/posts

Here’s PSBs 2014 with Jean-Michel Jarre in 22014. Jarre release both Electronica 1 and Electronica 2 the same year. Both songs with nearly every other pioneer short of Kraftwerk; I think Julian of Kling Klang was dead by then.

This track is Neil’s lament about modern development eroding the English architectural heritage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-wEI5FyxfI

Enough for tonight. Time for some shuteye before my growling stomach gets a chance to wake me up and I have to prepare another meal.

“Brick Wall” is really good. That’s the first time I heard it. I liked the PSBs in the 80’s, but I’m not familiar with anything they did afterward.

Well, now I’m in the Rabbit Hole, too, except not at 3AM.

I’m not very familiar with electronica (?), so I don’t recognize most of the names you mentioned.

I have only a few tracks on my music list that might fit the electronic music genre. You probably already know these...

Some older music...
Depeche Mode:
“It’s No Good”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1eaTVDEVp_o
“Precious”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yn3ViE6mhY

Some newer... I hate horror movies, but I love this track:
Dance with the Dead - “Hex”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ue_wK5oqesg

And this one released last year:
Gorillaz - “New Gold”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJa-VFwPpYA
