Yet, as you noted, there are multiple RCs on these forums who have said far more negative things about the pope than the Reformers ever came close to saying.
IF this was the RCC of old days these posters would be rounded up, excommunicated....and, maybe something worse.
But, as you note, per Unam Sanctam, and not the NT, they are not being subject to their duly elected pope.
Sure seems they're committing a mortal sin per Roman Catholicism, but not the New Testament.
