Pope Francis reaffirmed the Catholic Church's doctrine that women are not able to receive holy orders.
The pontiff discussed the impossibility of female ordination in a Spanish-language book published in June, titled "El Pastor: Desafíos, razones y reflexiones sobre su pontificado" – or in English, "The Shepherd: Struggles, Reasons, and Thoughts on His Papacy,"

Establishing commissions to study something that he says is impossible, which seems to be going on, is something that St. Ignatius may be able to explain, but is up there with St. Bonaventure's Immaterial Matter in my comprehension.
FWIW
Crazy that he fights this but not everything else.
But only gay ones.
In this effort Pope Francis re-affirms the trans-generational colonial Zionist leanings of the Catholic church as typified by the Jew Torquemada and furthermore asserts the commitment of the fascist Vatican régime to the downfall of The People, namely, the trans-affirming gender fluid Culture Warriors of the New Age (CWNA,) their male wombs and female pee-pees, and All that is Just and Good. Down with Employers! Up with Government! Let us march together in the Light of the New and Eternal Thingy!
Its the one thing he seems to be correct on.
“Lutherans ordain women, but still few people go to church. Their priests can marry, but despite that they can’t grow the number of ministers. The problem is cultural. We should not be naive and think that programmatic changes will bring us the solution,”
Okay, who kidnapped Bergoglio and replaced him with someone who makes sensible observations??
He’s a Jesuit.
Yes. I wonder if it’s all about ‘the back room’. Hate to say that but...
Okay, who kidnapped Bergoglio and replaced him with someone who makes sensible observations??
I heard about the interview on the Church steps coming out from adoration from our former pastor who had stopped by and was talking to a couple that had moved away from the parish but was back visiting.
I immediately responded that “Maybe the Pope’s body double was having a bad day?” The husband doubled over.
Indeed.
I wouldn’t be so sure about that. He’s a Jesuit.
I’m just waiting for him to canonize Clement XIV
Got it. Getting the gay business done first. Right?
How about letting men priests be married. There’s a novel idea.
Well said, sir!
Well said.
It’s complete gibberish, of course, and makes no sense whatsoever ...
But that just makes it a perfect satire of leftist claptrap!
If you're Catholic ... NO ... in theory you CANNOT have priestesses. It is an impossibility, and its impossibility is to be held de fide by all Catholics. Priestesses are a heresy.
If you're Protestant ... your mileage may vary. But we're not talking about that.
I mean, literally. I don’t think I have ever seen him mention a correct Christian view on anything. I’m not a South American socialist who’s mixed it into religion.
Newbie....you are DREAMING!! The Catholic Church will NEVER have Priestesses.....NEVER!
