He saw Jesus with outstretched hands.
He saw his dad who had died 2 yrs before. He saw my mother..who died when I was 4.. talked to them..and my grandmother, who he loved so much.
How did they know to be where he was.
When he came to, he was in a daze, he had wanted to be right and convince himself the Bible was written by man,. Not the Holy Word. That visit blew his own interpretations.
He saw the Holy Savior of mankind.
So because of his experience, your son became a Christian and was saved? I think Jesus wants all of us to be saved. Score one for our side.

He went to NY a Christian. 4 years and a top music producer taking his worked for career and ending it,he was an angry young man. Finding how big shots maneuver, to a young man with hi intelligence and a dream..blame God. But he had a mom who ....

Great memories. I lurked from just before 2000 and made my first post a few years later.
It is a great question. why two stories? Or are they happening at the same time? Humans in 1 were created, and Adam was molded out of the earth?
But then if we believe the story of Noah...then all those other humans were wiped away in the flood. But if Adams sons took them as wives, that DNA persists.
So many questions that the text does not seem to reveal.
Each one looked at GOD's work thru differing viewpoints.
