Evolutionary Theists Do Not Believe Moses, So How Will They Believe Jesus’ Words?

When modern pagan materialists speak frankly, they not only confess their fear and hatred of the Triune God but admit that their so-called ‘scientific theories’…the products of their darkened imaginations…are foolishness:

“…one belief that all true original Darwinians held in common, and that was their rejection of creationism, their rejection of special creation. This was the flag around which they assembled and under which they marched…. The conviction that the diversity of the natural world was the result of natural processes and not the work of God was the idea that brought all the so-called Darwinians together in spite of their disagreements on other of Darwin’s theories. (One Long Argument,1991, p. 99, Ernst Mayr, 1904–2005, Professor of Zoology at Harvard University)

So billions of years of evolution could be six days to God

That's not taking into account the 7th day. He rested - and not for a billion years.

Many people misunderstand my regard for the Bible. I believe that the Gospel found in the New Testament is the way into Heaven. Faith in Christ as the Savior is by Grace; and, that Faith is a gift from the Holy Spirit. We really can't screw that up. My beef with the Bible is the Creation story, which doesn't seem to fit in with observable physical evidence. Did God Create the whole enchilada? Yep. The Bible contains an allegory of Creation rather than a procedural account. People draw conclusions from Genesis that are pretty far fetched, sometimes just goofy. The Old Testament does provide a nutshell history of the Jewish people. It also shows very plainly that we are very flawed, and could never return to the Father except through the Son.

There is my very brief synopsis. I've been forced to those views by observing reality and reported "other worldly" events. One cannot really take the ostrich approach.

Not sure if two organism sharing a similar genetic structure is indicative of common ancestry.
Correlation is not causation.

Well, we're still in the 7th day. And God is resting from creation. Creation is finished.

“Might one ask, why did cheek teeth and jaws have to get larger and more massive respectively before they later get smaller and less massive?”

Because of evolving into a baleen eating organism, duh

And where in scripture does it say evolution is not real?

You are the laughable one. Why would aquatic animals need to have vast changes when they have stayed in the water? Meanwhile the furry four legged packicetus would of course need drastic changes to adapt to water and eventually staying in there full time

Newsflash: You demand we accept a theory, you better provide proof—not just a little evidence.

Then geologically look at the existence of lead: the half life of uranium-238 is 4.5 billion years old. It decays into radium-236, which in turn decays into radon-222. radon-222 becomes polonium-210 which finally decays into a stable nuclid, lead

There is peer reviewed, published, scientific evidence of Polonium 218 in the primordial "basement" granites all over the world. Po218 has a half-life of approx 3.5 minutes and radio halos show it was not breaking down from Plutonium to lead, but was Po218 at it's starting point, which is scientific proof the granites were instantly created. All references and data is available HERE. https://www.halos.com

Sure, good old Mother earth, and all that...

If your god is a fat lady, fling about on pixie wings with a magic wand, I wish you luck with that...

But, I think I'll stick with Jesus of Nazareth, thank you.. :)

Imagine if in addition to Moses and Elias, Adam also appeared during Jesus’ Transfiguration. Who would then dare to question his role as direct progenitor of all humans on earth?

The faithful would not. But demythologizers throughout seminaries would find a way since they embrace naturalism (all we can know is what we sense). Already, for example, they have demythologized Gen 1-11 and transformed it into poetry, Adam and Eve into the first hominid pair; powers and principalities into evil social constructs. IMO, nothing is beyond them.

The Theory of Evolution is so deeply embedded in the minds of so many baptized Catholics.

I just heard an interview by Jordan Peterson of then Auxiliary Bishop Barron.

Barron did not blink or hesitate when Peterson diarrhea’d out the “fact” of human development via the process of evolution across ages and ages of time, specifically citing then summarily dismissing the biblical timeline of mere thousands of years (I think Peterson, estimating, put it at 10 or 15 thousand years).

Barron appeared blithely to simply endorse this view and move on with the conversation.

Astonishing.
