Fools laugh at sin, but the favor of God is among the faithful. (Proverbs 14:9)
Dear FATHER, in this arena we call “political correctness” and among many of the modern churches we call a “social gospel”, there are many who are “professing to be wise but became fools” (Rom. 1:22). Sin is no joking matter. It is in fact our enemy and the LORD’s enemy. It destined us to hell and crucified our Savior. But Praise GOD – JESUS has overcome sin and death, HE has delivered us from the kingdom of darkness, and has transferred us into the KINGDOM of LIGHT.
HE has left a great commission to each and every one of us who have experienced both the GIFTS of Repentance and Forgiveness of Sins. Puritan, Thomas Watson writes: “Repentance is a Grace of God’s Spirit whereby a sinner is inwardly humbled and visibly reformed.” And the Apostle Paul writes: “Or do you presume on the riches of His kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that God’s kindness is meant to lead you to repentance?” (Rom. 2:4) It is God who leads sinners to repentance - “not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (2 Pet. 3:9).
And so, we experience in our Nation literal “Parades” of sinfulness, we celebrate on our calendars days of “Pride”, we poison our children with teachers of “Perversion”, we listen to preachers in some churches laugh at their past follies and sins, along with those in their congregations, as if they were a joke, and make GOD out to be less than HOLY. Our leaders mock each other and our social media and news casters, partnered with TV, make a comedy show of each other, and our Nation has become a laughing stock in the eyes of the world. The seed: Fools laugh at sin and unfortunately we have allowed it to happen.
FATHER, we are all guilty in one way or another, I know this myself, for I am as guilty as the rest. Jesus came into Galilee, proclaiming the Gospel of God, and saying, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand; Repent and Believe in the Gospel.
Christ has fulfilled all the requirements of the Law, He has brought the Kingdom of GOD to mankind through His Faithfulness, Sacrifice, Death and Resurrection. There is one requirement that goes hand in hand – that is AT HAND: REPENT and BELIEVE.
We pray for our Nation, we pray for our churches, we pray for our families, we pray for us. Quicken us to sin’s fooleries and the need for Repentance. Quicken our hearts to “exhort one another every day, while it is called today, that none of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.” (Heb. 3:13). Quicken our testimonies that we might present the GOSPEL in its entirety – in season and out – speaking TRUTH in love. For indeed the time has come when men will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth.
FATHER – thank you for the GIFT OF REPENTANCE, that softens our hearts, convicts our minds, pricks our souls, and defeats our powerful prides. It opens the door to the GIFT OF FORGIVENESS of sins, and the GATEWAY to SALVATION and ETERNAL LIFE, IN AND THROUGH CHRIST OUR LORD, and HIM ALONE. AMEN.

Heavenly Father, millions of Westerners, including great numbers of Christians believe science and evolution have debunked the faith once given, that they have proven that the faith once given is unenlightened foolishness. But we know that science and evolution are lies from the pits of hell brought into this world to deceive and cause many to go astray, even to hell. Help us Lord to persevere in throwing down science and evolution and exposing them as satanic deceptions. And give the deceived ears to hear that truth might set them free. Lord, we pray that more people will begin to recognize how much is lie and how much is propaganda.
Let us resist the lies.
Help us to live in Truth.

Oh heavenly Father God, help us to not compromise with the culture.
Help us to extend Your Light and Your Truth.
Set us apart.
Give us strength in You.
May our boldness in Truth be infectious to others.
