I don’t know if Asbury is a “true” revival, but this declaration that it is not contains enough faulty reasoning, innuendo, misapplication of scripture, and assumptions to destroy its credibility. Watching the live stream, I didn’t see anything that disturbed me as a Christian. As for the absence of the salvation message, the author himself states that he doesn’t know for sure that it wasn’t preached. Did Jesus preach a salvation message everywhere he went? Did the apostles? Did the disciples? Did every church in America? Oh, I know - the Christian ones did. Lots of 1:1 ministry was going on at the altar during these meetings. If someone wasn’t saved, I’d be willing to assume that the message of salvation was given to them. I saw several statements regarding the numbers of people who gave their life to the Lord during these meetings.
Female “pastors” doesn’t disturb you?
Charismatic chaos doesn’t disturb you? - Remember the “laughing revival”?
In these last days, there’s enough disagreement among the Remnant Church to fill congress over thousands of times.
