Fifty year old tune....
I knew the real answer from the headline. Know Jesus, know Peace. Physical follows Spiritual not the other way around.
In this world?
I know this little island town in Southeast Alaska...
Hint: don’t live in Democrat controlled cities. Suburbs are generally safer, but state governments screw that up.
Remember Obama’s plan to “darken” suburbs by measuring “whiteness” by zipcode? Then have Federal programs to move inner city blacks to white areas. Increasing crime in those areas.
Well every few years the Psychopaths surface and try to take over the world so until they’re destroyed again no place is safe
Sounds wonderful
Our compound in North Georgia. 😉
🎼Everywhere is freaks and hairies, dykes and fairies, tell me where is sanity....? Fifty year old tune.... |
Now, fifty years later, I have long hair hanging down below my collar, but a lot of it is gone on top and my wife told me a few hours ago to cut it because it looks terrible. I reminded her the other day that my hair is as long now as it was in my unfinished self portrait from fifty years ago.
Freaks were just nonconformists. There were Head Freaks, Jesus Freaks, Pill Freaks, Love Freaks and eventually all kinds of other freaks who joined in the movement, which ultimately wiped the whole concept out of existence.
Some of the most segregated suburbs and rural areas in the country are in “liberal” Massachusetts.
How do they do it?
Wrap themselves in “saving the planet” and tell themselves how virtuous they are.
Ignore what people say—watch what they do.
...”and then the end shall come,”
In Jesus.
Takes me back. I was the only long-hair in McDermitt, NV in the summer of 1975. The mercury miners were great, the Indians didn’t give a crap, but the cowboys were a pain. I was barely old enough to vote in the 1976 election, but I knew enough not to vote for Carter.
It’s pretty peaceful and I feel safe here in Aiken County, SC.
Yes, so a testimony has been given which you are aware of. The question is over why so many ignore what they already know is the case in favor of other idealisms/mysticisms, particularly of the political variety, which are far harder to believe than the real thing. Politcis is religion by other means and never, never delivers, but people still believe in it anyway ....
I sailded by it as a kid on a ferry from Prince Rupert, Canada to Haines in 1975. Have not been back since ....
Understood ...
Yes, the sky is the limit when it comes to hypocrisy under political mysticism.
I was disappointed Reagan lost to Ford in the Republican primaries in 1976. When I first heard him speak on TV, I told my grandpa he should be our president. Grandpa got pretty upset at me for such political heresy ....
