FATHER GOD,Have mercy upon us. America has turned its back on You. Instead of loving You and obeying Your Commands, our nation is awash with sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, 21 envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these…(Galatians 5:19-21)
The 2022 General Elections are upon us. Many ballots have already been cast. For those who haven’t cast their votes, impress upon them to elect God-fearing candidates who will uphold the U.S. Constitution, address problems, bring solutions, and be impartial to their constituents.
You Promise, LORD. If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)
May our sincere repentance and prayers be turned into action. Help us to do our part to expose sin and rebuild the Biblical foundations upon which America was built.
“But why do you call Me ‘LORD, LORD,’ and not do the things which I say?” (Luke 6:46)But don’t just listen to GOD’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. (James 1:22)
Therefore, to him that knows to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. (James 4:17)
LORD, for too long the Church has chosen to be ‘neutral’ on politics. Forgive those who have put their political parties above your Edicts and Commands. May believers heed the words of Apostle Paul and take an unequivocal stand against prevailing economic, social, and political conditions.
Take no part in the worthless deeds of evil and darkness; instead, expose them. It is shameful even to talk about the things that ungodly people do in secret. But their evil intentions will be exposed when the light shines on them,for the light makes everything visible. (Ephesians 5:11-14)Help each of us to do our part by living righteously and doing good wherever and whenever we have the chance for Your glory.
LORD, in Your mercy and grace, allow America to once again be salt and light to the world. May You restore what Satan has taken from U.S. Come heal our land.
