QI will likely be used to protect those killing Christians or those who do not take the mark as well, likely citing their elevated emotional state and zeal when thereby offended by us.

See, you’re allowed to isolate peoples civil rights as long as you work for the right (meaning left) parts of the gobblement.

This needs to go to the Supreme Court. Qualified immunity can never grow to protect those whose only defense is “just following orders”. If the court said given the prevailing sentiment the vaccine mandate was necessary and gives QI for that, fine... but the blanket denial of religious exemptions that occurred at all levels of government crosses a line that has never been crossed in the past and cannot be permitted to be crossed. Those people, and I include every military officer who went along with it from 4 star down to O-5, needs to be held accountable.

They need the people to play a tune on them with a 2 x 4.

No.

The headline is correct. The “defendants” (University of Colorado Board of Regents) denied religious exemptions for the jab mandate to a group of students who then sued the University. The Court nixed the complaint on the grounds of “qualified immunity”.
