Francis announced on May 29 that he will create 21 new cardinals at an August 27 Consistory.
This will bring the number of electors in the College of Cardinals to 131 (before: 117). Among those awarded is the extremist Archbishop Roche and the homosex-activist McElroy (San Diego).

Bergoglio has by-passed such Catholic bishops as Salvatore Cordileone, Joseph Strickland, Thomas Paprocki, Michael Barber, Robert Vasa, Samuel Joseph Aquila, Joseph Naumann, James Conley, Paul Coakley, Liam Carey, Michael Olson, Thomas Daly, David Ricken, Donald Hying and Michael Burbridge.
All of the bishops listed immediately above have come out and publicly supported Archbishop Cordileone and his prohibition of Nancy Pelosi receiving Holy Communion.
Not one of Bergoglio's current or pending "cardinals" has publicly supported Cordileone. Cupich and Gregory have actually said they will not prohibit anyone from Communion.
