President Biden’s new ambassador to the Holy See voted in favor of former President Obama’s legislative agenda supporting Planned Parenthood and gay marriage when he was a senator, despite previously speaking out against such measures.
Joe Donnelly, who served as a Democratic senator from Indiana from 2013 to 2019, presented his credentials to Pope Francis at the apostolic palace in Vatican City on April 11.
“I look forward to deepening our ties with the Holy See. My family and I are proud to be members of the Catholic faith,” Donnelly said in a video.
“From my childhood, through my college and law school years at the University of Notre Dame, through years of public service in Indiana and Washington, DC, the Catholic Church has been a central part of my life and my values”.

I remember pictures of the pope with obama. The imposter was radiant, basking in the glory of the man he admired so much. I saw pictures of him with Trump. Scowling, angry hatred was on this man’s face. Now the false successor of Peter is once again admiring the US president.
Amazing how the pope loves people who hate Christianity but love abortion, gay crap and stealing money from those who earn it. The same pope hates anybody who promotes Christianity and lets you keep the money you earned.
Can we finally admit the Democrat party is the party of queers that uses emotional blacks as foot soldiers to distract people from their agenda of grooming children to become queer like them. They don’t believe in “live and let live”. How much of this crap are decent people supposed to tolerate?

Whatever one's religious perspective, it is deeply ironic that Ratzinger continues to live on, clad in papal white from all the recent imagery with even Bergolio seeming to honor him.
Vicars -- in the plural -- of Christ? I feel for my Catholic friends being torn by all this. And I suspect it is intentional. Famously now-dead Hugo Chavez asserted that Jesus was a socialist. And Biden's ambassador tolerates abortion, "gay crap" as you say, and the whole "green" thing which comes to redistribution of wealth. I'd say they both belong in sackcloth, Brown. Not white.

Your catholic friends should have done something a long time ago but - having been raised catholic and attending catholic school through jr high - I never saw any catholic who acted like he cared what was going on in Rome that much. The thing about obedience and don’t ask questions, don’t buck authority, and so on - and every archdiocese being more of a gangster cabal than a group of holy, devout men and women, so if you DO actually have questions you quickly find yourself dealing with Tony Soprano (actually, Tony Soprano is WAY nicer than most of these guys) telling you to stay out of church business if you know what’s good for you.
Per my tag line, a shrieking mob usually forms around my home on Easter. A lot of it’s supposed “catholics” - in fact, mostly people who are REALLY, REALLY IN FAVOR OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION including illegal immigrants themselves who scream things like “THE CHILDREN ARE STARVING” and so on. When I lived by myself it was a lot worse; now that there’s someone else here, they are a bit more reluctant to show themselves. I’m not quite sure why they think it’s all my fault - the average catholic today is not great with this “logic” stuff, I guess. I’ve always made a great scapegoat; just ask my family.
The Catholic church is maintaining its position on the world stage via racketeering. Its spiritual basis is no more. Yes, they chased the moslems out of Europe and kept them out for a time. That was great. Now they’ve more than made up for that by preferring moslems over the tithing, churchgoing catholic membership.

They have an office in every major city.
And this pope has no problem with it. If it wouldn’t tick off a billion faithful this pope would happily perform gay marriage and announce abortion is fine.
