Volodymyr Zelenskyy has garnered much praise over the past few weeks for his strong leading of the Ukrainians amid invasion from Russia and his refusal to go into hiding despite Russian assassination attempts. The now seemingly famous line is, “I need Ammunition, not a ride.”
Ukraine is in great need of support. Russia is mercilessly attacking them under the dark and scheming leadership of an emboldened Vladimir Putin bent on war.
Respect for Zelenskyy’s actions was and is warranted. As a Christian, seeing a leader take a hands-on approach in war has brought to mind Biblical accounts of kings accompanying their armies into battle, a way of doing things that has been long lost in the modern age.

Zelensky is a showman, literally an actor. He’s just performing his role, reading his script. If someone didn’t have his back (not sure who), he wouldn’t be so bold.

I soooo agree. The stage was well set before Putin ever entered Ukraine.
- Zelensky was rich enough to purchase a 15-room villa in Tuscany (a property he neglected to declare during his presidential campaign).
- His TV comedic style was vulgar and adolescent. In one sketch, he pretends to play the piano with his penis.

Maybe, that’s all up to Jesus. I’d really like to think there are millions and millions especially in China where you can’t get an accurate count or other nations facing persecution.
These days most churches are watered down gospel so it could be much less as you say. I do believe we’re getting really close.
Anyone heralded as a “savior” by the world by default fits the profile of the antichrist.
Nobody will know for sure who that is until he is actually revealed, but there are several candidates and I could easily imagine that at any one time Satan has several waiting in the wings so when the opportunity presents itself, he will be ready to act.
