The Supreme Court today rejected a request from over 2,000 health care workers in Maine to stop the state’s COVID vaccine mandate that would make them lose their jobs if they don’t get the COVID vaccine despite their religious objections to it.
Some of the health care workers are Christians who object to the COVID vaccine because the vaccines were made with or tested on cells from babies killed in abortions.
The high court in October rejected an emergency request by the same plaintiffs seeking to prevent Maine from enforcing the mandate against them, and conservative justices dissented from the decision. This time, it left intact a federal appeals court decision letting Maine fully enforce Governor Janet Mills’s mandate that required all healthcare workers in Maine to be fully vaccinated by the end of October. Maine is one of only three states, including New York and Rhode island, that refuse to include religious exemptions.
Liberty Counsel is representing the health care workers and it explains that Maine is ignoring federal law by removing religious exemptions and accommodations from unlawful COVID shot mandates for health care workers, many of whom have already been terminated from employment. In addition, these health care heroes cannot simply walk across the street to a different health care provider to obtain alternative employment. Governor Mills has created a situation where no religious objectors to the COVID shot can obtain employment in the state.

But as soon as we ask us for a religious waiver against mandates of vaccines made with aborted babies, it's all of a sudden not a religious issue.

What was the vote, and how did the Justices vote?
No problem health care workers... just quit your job and get re-hired as a 3rd party contractor.
Because you will be working for a “business”, you will then be able to re-gain your constitutional AND HUMAN Rights as an added bonus!
Do we even have a SCOTUS? or is it a SCROTUS?
If it were LGBTQIA+, you think they would hear it?
If it was abortion, would they hear it.
Justice is more political than based on precedence (consistent) or a Constitution (Republic). The justice system and law enforcement are failing in this country, they have become distorted by social/political forces.

Hospitals are more about mandates and diversity than caring for patients. You want to improve healthcare.? Fire all HR departments and the management who have no real experience in caring for patients. Anyone with an Ivy League diploma should be in jail for malpractice
So if a state wants to impose death camps on the masses the Supreme Court is ok with it. No Body has the right to force a shot on anyone,that’s common sense. The US is lost,only prayer can possible save us. We are all just tax payers for the rich. Jefferson was right about a centralized banking system.

Apparently the hospital system in question did not like seeing former employees back at the hospitals working for a contractor. So they are going after unvaccinated contractors.
Wife agrees, if they force her as a contractor to apply for another exemption, she plans to resign. Her company has been great, they gave her a religious exemption. Now the hospital is going after her. Time to leave the field.
There is NO FDA approved “vaccine” available for use.
