They also spend time clarifying that the Mark of the Beast is not operating today as many are suggesting. That requires the presence of the Antichrist whom the Church will not experience

I and a lot of other believers disagree with your report.
We have learned by heavy study of revelations that we will experience anti-christ. We also have learned we will be raptured before things get to the point where they are more than we can endure (Matt.24:22). Sometime in the early part of the least 3 1/2 years of the 7 year tribulation.

I would like to point out that the Scripture you referenced was to the Jews. At that time, there was no (grace) church.
So are you saying that the old testament applied only to the Jews because it was written before the Church age?
Well, it was certainly written for our learning also, but it does not include when Jesus revealed to Paul the mystery of the church, which was after the cross, of course. I hope that makes sense to you, Deo.
Deo was referencing Mat 24:22, a passage from the NT. Well that's certainly not included in the Jewish Bibles.
But for Christians, there's Matthew 24:
22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
28 For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
Indicates some type of surprise. Verse 28 even reads like it's right out of a movie scene.
I would very much enjoy reading your interpretation of verse 28, if you have the time, Ezekiel. I’ve read many but have never been fully persuaded by them. TIA.

When Jesus gave the Olivet Discourse, answering the questions posed by His JEWISH disciples, the Church, His Church (not some Org) had not yet been revealed. He had mentioned it earlier but only in passing when extolling Peter’s profession. So Matthew 24 is spoken TO the Jews and is FOR the Jews in the end times. As a pre-trib believer, I expect we be outta here when the events happen portrayed in Matthew 24. (BTW, ‘eaagles’, who they are, whom Jesus was portraying, is the key to the passage as for the Jews regarding the end time at the end opf the Tribulation.)
