I think another implication not mentioned is:
this is predicated on the idea there is something wrong, akin to a disease or physical defect, with transgenderism and this premise is certainly not what the good liberals would want anyone to think and
If it is a problem to be corrected, then another way to correct it is also viable, eg drugs or brain implants etc...that stops the person from feeling transgender.

Ultimately, unfortunately, logic doesn’t matter. This is about power and control.

Some people identify as blind or as amputees and maim themselves to put their bodies in line with that self-perception. I liken the “transgendered” to those people.
A true hermaphrodite, I could understand having that attitude.
As most know, a hermaphrodite is a person born with both sets of genitals. Yes, I does happen. Until very recently, a doctor would ‘correct’ the situation so that only one set of genitals was present. Modern day parents may (foolishly) want to wait a while and let the child chose.
Some things remain constant. It’s much easier to get through life having one definite set, having one definite sex.

What the heck is going on with kids today?!? When I was growing up back in the '80s nobody was "trans". We were boys and girls. There were always a few weird kids as there always are. But now half the kids seen to "identify" as LGBTXYZWTF. Something has gone very wrong.
God doesn’t make mistakes.
I feel sorry for those who are going to find that out the hard way.
How is mutilating your body knowing it will never become the opposite sex a good thing? They don’t believe in God, so why are they bringing him into this?
God does not MAKE mistakes.
So why is one child born with a horrible birth defect, causing it to suffer immeasurable pain and agony - while another child is born without any defects?
Why does "mankind's sin" manifest in one innocent child, but not in another?
Where is the logic, or justice, in that?
(Hint: This is where the author suddenly abandons all semblance of rationality and refers to the "mysterious ways" of unfathomable "divine providence.")
NOTE: Not arguing in favor of atheism here - just attacking the baseless and indefensible assertion that birth defects (as well as natural calamities, etc.) are the result of sin.
