Over 120 priests and employees with the Catholic church community in Germany came out as queer and launched a campaign demanding an end to institutional discrimination against LGBTQ people.
The Roman Catholic Church in Germany on Sunday faced renewed calls for better protection of LGBTQ rights and an end to institutional discrimination against queer people.
Around 125 people, including former and current priests, teachers, church administrators and volunteers, identified themselves as gay and queer, asking the church to take into account their demands and do away with "outdated statements of church doctrine" when it comes to sexuality and gender.
The members of the church community published seven demands on social media under the "OutInChurch" initiative. These demands range from queer people saying they should be able to live without fear and have access to all kinds of activities and occupations in the church without discrimination.
They said their sexual orientation must never be considered a breach of loyalty or reason for dismissal from their occupation. They ask the church to revise its statements on sexuality based on "theological and human-scientific findings."
Besides asking for equal rights, employees also put down demands that the church takes accountability for their discrimination against people of the community throughout history, calling on the bishop to take responsibility on behalf of the church.

Satan rears his ugly head via THE CHURCH! The Catholic church? The breakdown of society makes ME LOOK LIKE AN ANGEL of which I am not {I ask daily to be forgiven as I know I am a sinner}and I have NEVER trusted the Catholic church. I see them as a financial institution , nothing more than WORLDLY.
The Church doesn’t say you can’t be gay. It says as a priest or a nun, you can’t act on your sexuality. Same goes for heteroes. All equal. Ok? Can we move on now?
The Catholic Church has rules that were set by God. These individuals don’t wish to follow them and wish to engage in practices explicitly forbidden by God. Since their sin is more important to them than following God’s Rules, they must immediately depart the church, either willingly, or by force.
Apparently, these perverts have either never read the Old Testament or more likely just don’t give a damn. They demand their perversion be accommodated and God’s Word be damned.
They are not priests. They are perverted infiltrators.
This is not new. From the beginning, there has always been such within the church.
Even within the ranks of the chosen people of God there were a great many Stiff-Necked peoples who defied God for their own desires.
It is why we all must Trust but Verify ALL who claim to be doing God’s Work. Ye Shall Know Them by Their Fruits.
Trust completely no man. Ever. For all mankind are fallen, creatures. Each with his own agenda. Christ Himself warned us of deceivers. He told us that His coming would be filled with Glory. That the Heavens themselves will announce His coming.
They will ultimately get a once-in -a-lifetime chance to argue their protests for major reforms of God’s laws.
It’s not my place to judge them but they should consider the fate of the original “reformer’ who felt it necessary to argue that God was mistaken and just wrong (and mean).
You can walk with that one for eternity, by choice if ya like, all you metro-spirituals out there.

As with even proabortion, prohomosexual public figures who are manifestly considered to be as members in life and in death (showing the Vatican's understanding of canon law), little doubt these also are and will be, being given ecclesiastical funerals as with Teddy K. and so many others.
