Update on my niece Diane's Covid condition

Fortunately, Diane's hospital test probably detected omicron and they called it Covid.

Diane was able to go home late yesterday. Still not 100%

but much improved. With her congestive heart condition, we were very concerned

They wanted Diane to stay another night but she has had a number of bad experiences with weekend hospital stays.

Diane says you don't see a doctor until Monday afternoon anyway. She has had to deal with her condition long enough so she trusts her own judgment on hospital stays.

As soon as she heard that all of her symptoms were Covid related and not congestive heart related she checked out.

Good news indeed... the hospital cannot help her much if they won't administer therapeutics...
She should see her doctor (Cardio) and INSIST- NOT ASK-
for a D-dimer test to rule out any clotting just to be sure, given her condition. It's not expensive and any doctor that cares would not refuse the request.
