Last Friday, in a 2-1 decision in In re: MCP No. 165, Occupational Safety & Health Admin. Rule on COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing, (6th Cir., Dec. 17, 2021), the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals dissolved a stay of OSHA's Emergency Temporary Standard that calls for employers of of 100 or more persons to require either COVID vaccination of employees or weekly testing (and masks) for unvaccinated workers. Challenges in some three dozen cases had been consolidated in the 6th Circuit which then had authority to modify or dissolve the prior stay issued by the 5th Circuit.
Among the consolidated cases was one brought by a number of Christian schools, colleges and organizations that were subject to the rule. They quickly filed an Emergency Application with the U.S. Supreme Court asking for a stay pending appeal of the 6th Circuit's decision. The Application (full text) in Southern Baptist Theological Seminary v. OSHA, (Sup. Ct., filed 12/17/2021) argues:
OSHA lacks jurisdiction to regulate religious non-profit institutions, because they are not “employers” under the OSH Act.
It goes on to contend that the OSHA rule also violates Applicants' religious freedom rights under RFRA and the 1st Amendment, saying in part:
OSHA “commandeers” Religious Institutions “to compel [their] employees” to comply with the mandate.... To ensure compliance, Religious Institutions must probe their ministers’ and employees’ intimate and personal medical decisions that often implicate their religious beliefs. This is precisely the “secular control or manipulation” that the First Amendment prohibits.... In addition, the mandate violates the First Amendment by setting the “terms and conditions of employment” to work for Religious Institutions ... and interfering with their ability to “select[] ... the individuals who play certain key roles”....

I am willing to bet this gets the John Roberts treatment.
24. Vaccines do not confer immunity or prevent transmission. It is readily admitted that Covid “vaccines” do not confer immunity from infection and do not prevent you from passing the disease onto others. Indeed, an article in the British Medical Journal highlighted that the vaccine studies were not designed to even try and assess if the “vaccines” limited transmission.
The vaccine manufacturers themselves, upon releasing the untested mRNA gene therapies, were quite clear their product’s “efficacy” was based on “reducing the severity of symptoms”.
25. The vaccines were rushed and have unknown longterm effects. Vaccine development is a slow, laborious process. Usually, from development through testing and finally being approved for public use takes many years. The various vaccines for Covid were all developed and approved in less than a year. Obviously there can be no long-term safety data on chemicals which are less than a year old.
Pfizer even admit this is true in the leaked supply contract between the pharmaceutical giant, and the government of Albania:
“the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known and that there may be adverse effects of the Vaccine that are not currently known”

Roberts: “it’s really a tax!”
Or no standing!
That is not my personal experience.
I am living normal life of going on 5 cruises, 52 restaurant visits, 104 grocery store visits, 25 visits to cancer hospital to escort my wife for treatments, 300 visits to community gym, EVERY YEAR. And still never got covid symptoms. Had 3 shots of vaccines in 2021.
That’s funny. I never ‘locked down’, have been continuously going to the grocery store, pet store, Flying Saucer (when open), work, on campus at school this whole past semester, visited with family, NG drills/hurricane/DC/riots/winter weather callups, couple hospital trips for the wife/mother-in-law (birth/shoulder and wrist surgeries, nothing anyone sick), and so on.
Never got any of the “vaccines”, have never tested positive, and haven’t been sick except for a decent case of strep last spring. So your triple shots and my no-shots seem to be equally as effective!
But my experience and your experience are only anecdotes. To surmise overall trend one has to look at the bigger picture. This real hospital in my town recently had an influx of covid patients. The summary of patient categories is worth noting.
And, your God given immune system is intact! 😉
