Hi Dear Prayer Warriors! I was going to include this prayer request in Tomorrow's J-Thread, but I felt that I needed to get this out there tonight.

I just got an email from a friend who reads The J-Thread every day, even though she is not on FR, so, in a way, she is "family".

Here is her email:

Good morning. Sending out a request this Sunday morning. Jose has been in hospital for two days with Covid pneumonia. I have it too but just cold symptoms. He however was not vaxed. He finally ate yesterday and improving but wanted to ask prayers. 🙏 🙏

Jose is a wonderful teacher and devoted Christian. Here is the prayer I sent back:

"Heavenly Father,

We lift up to you our Dear Brother Jose right now, and ask you to restore him to full and vibrant health. We all know how much he loves You, and Believes You, and how he gives You the Glory all the time! Bring him to complete healing and strength so that he can continue in his wonderful ministry assignments that You have given him.Help us all be Strong and courageous, and let us not tremble or be afraid, for we know You are with us wherever we go.

We ask this, humbly, in the name of Jesus.

Amen

Yes. Prayers for Jose! God wants him well. Jesus has already paid the price for his healing.

FATHER GOD,

Thank you for Your Promises. We are grateful we serve a GOD Who keep His Promises. We stand on the Promises of Psalm 41:1-3 for Jose and his wife:

God always blesses those who are kind to the poor and helpless.
They’re the first ones God helps
when they find themselves in any trouble.
2 The Lord will preserve and protect them.
They’ll be honored and esteemed
while their enemies are defeated.
3 When they are sick, lying upon their bed of suffering,
God will restore them.
He will raise them up again and restore them back to health.

In JESUS’ Name we pray. AMEN.
