It’s a political issue best served by voting these scum out of office or voting with your feet. It’s a states rights issue, not a national issue.
There are junctures and this is looking like one of them, where the people overrule all courts and legislatures and decrees. It needs to be done periodically to remind everyone who is servant and who is master. Now is an excellent opportunity.

These court cases are guaranteed to fail and perhaps they are being brought before the Supreme Court for just that purpose. The highest court cannot overrule the declaration of a public health emergency and mandated vaccine or medicine purportedly to protect the public. The case that will win and thwart the mandate is a case where the government has to prove that there is a real emergency and real virus and where the vaccine is not a greater danger. That case has been filed by Pam Popper and her Make Americans Free Again organization. Please give it your support.
In 1905, the Supreme Court ruled in Jacobson v. Massachusetts that state laws requiring vaccines do not violate the 14th Amendment, according to the Constitution Center. The court in 1922 upheld the ruling in Zucht v. King, a case about school districts mandating vaccines for school children, per the Constitution Center.
This one is states rights.
Now they need to go after the federal one.
