In 1905, the Supreme Court ruled in Jacobson v. Massachusetts that state laws requiring vaccines do not violate the 14th Amendment, according to the Constitution Center. The court in 1922 upheld the ruling in Zucht v. King, a case about school districts mandating vaccines for school children, per the Constitution Center.

Well ….. don’t ya know that the definition of vaccine changed? So that case law is not applicable to the clot-shots.

Yep.

They also ruled it was perfectly ok to sterilize infants and rape victims. And carve up the brains of people they deemed "defective".

The SCOTUS in the early 20th century believed in eugenics and that children were the property of the state.

Like Justice Thomas I know there are times the SCOTUS got it very wrong and letting those decisions stand is also wrong.
