A California bishop offered Mass to open the Synod of Bishops, with participants in full regalia — pagan regalia. Dream catchers and feathers were the order of the day, along with dancers and an apparent shaman. Church Militant's William Mahoney has more on the event and the bishop overseeing it.
Two Sundays ago, drums were heard thumping as a man stood at the pulpit shaking a maraca, waving a feather, and bowing to each of the four directions at the commencement Mass led by San Bernardino's Bp. Alberto Rojas.
At the responsorial psalm, fully masked interpretative dancers entertained the congregation with their craft.
One priest requesting anonymity offered some Catholic insight into what transpired that Lord's Day.
Priest: "Fundamentally, it's all just demon-inspired witchcraft and has no place within a church whatsoever. With these kind of individuals, as bishops, you know, what will be next with this synodal process?"
Bishop Rojas came to the United States from Mexico in the 1990s through Chicago's Casa Jesus, a known homosexual hothouse. He began his ecclesiastical rise in the Windy City under notorious homosexual Cdl. Joseph Bernardin.
One priest in San Berardino blasted Rojas this summer for signing a pro-homosexual statement on protecting LGBT youth.
Church Militant contacted Bp. Rojas directly for comment but received no response as of this recording.
In a sad irony, the pagan rituals that conceivably invite demons occurred at the parish Queen of Angels.
Rojas also instructs priests to deny religious exemptions for jab mandates.
He didnt substitute but he was OK with them. There is an interesting show/documentary called Awakened. I think it’s on Prime that’s worth watching. There is a growing revival of NAs and Christianity. This article shed more light on Billy Graham’s views. Personally, Billy is about all I have left for looking up to a religious leader.

You ask the impossible. But you can't deny the Disciples all called Peter - Pope. He was the head guy. It's right there . . .somewhere. I'm looking in my concordance for the word Pope in the Bible. nada. I got nothing. Now I'm really cornfused.
I was fortunate enough to attend a Billy Graham revival as an adolescent. Even before he came out, the air was crackling with energy. Kind of like invisible St. Elmo’s fire. Lots of people went down for the altar call.
That said, I look up to Pope Saint Pius X more than any other religious leader I’m aware of.
St. Francis de Sales wrote some great things, too, as did St. Alphonsus Liguori. C. S. Lewis. G. K. Chesterton.
The "fat guy in the red suit" depiction mostly derives from the cartoons of the notoriously anti-Catholic cartoonist Thomas Nast. Although one may be tempted to believe it, Wikipedia assures us that the word "nasty" is not derived from Nast.
If Jesus is a King, then his mother is the Queen Mother, by definition.
In fact, in the Davidic monarchy, the King's mother had a specific title, gebirah ("great lady"). That's why, if you read Kings and Chronicles, they repeatedly mention the king's mother along with the king, "and so-and-so was king, and his mother was so-and-so". In protocol terms (not in terms of power), the king's mother was the #2 person in the kingdom. (The vizier or royal chamberlain was the king's #2 in a strictly political sense.)
