I’m not even going to begin to try to untwist the hopelessly tangled wad of false teachings, lazy refusals to search the scriptures, not doctrines of men, for truth, and blind acceptance of deceiving leaders who are obviously sin ladened and proud of it.
I’ll just say 2 Timothy 2:15 could be the best friend you’ve ever had, if you would just heed the words.

I do not understand why you use this verse to counter what I wrote about the fact that the Catholic Church was started by Christ?

we shall also reign with him.
But if we deny him
he will deny us.
13 If we are unfaithful
he remains faithful,
for he cannot deny himself.
Clearly - 'if we persevere' - otherwise if you don't stick close to the beliefs of Christ, you can lose them, like the seed that flowers for a while then withers...
