Psalm 119

Psalm 119[a]

25  I am laid low in the dust;
    preserve my life according to your word.

26  I gave an account of my ways and you answered me;
    teach me your decrees.

27  Cause me to understand the way of your precepts,
    that I may meditate on your wonderful deeds.

28  My soul is weary with sorrow;
    strengthen me according to your word.

29  Keep me from deceitful ways;
    be gracious to me and teach me your law.

30  I have chosen the way of faithfulness;
    I have set my heart on your laws.

31  I hold fast to your statutes, Lord;

Dear Father, Who Art in Heaven, You Have Been My
Dwelling Place Forever and Ever.
Divine Creator of All That Is,
Designer, Creator, Preserver, and
Destroyer of Worlds!
Door to The Eternal,
Desire of the Nations,
Dayspring,
Daystar,
Defender and Deliverer.
Death, Where is your victory?
Disappointments and Disaster? Where is your sting?

Let All That Has Been Concealed,
Be Revealed.

LORD, We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According To Your Will and Promise.
We Beseech You on Behalf of Our Captive Brethren,
Christians and Jews,
In Bondage in Hostile lands.

We Pray For Our Beloved USA
We Ask That Your People Receive Wisdom from You
To do the Right Thing.

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Today's Hebrew Letter is "Dalet" which sounds like the English Letter "D".The Original Dalet in Proto-Hebrew looked like a Triangle, and is preserved for us in the Greek Form of "Delta". It is theorized that King David took the two Dalets in his personal name, flipped one over, and superimposed them on top of each other for the crest upon his shield, Hence, the "Mogan David", the Famous "Star" or "Shield of David"! Some Sages think the Original Dalet represented a Door or Gate. This gives it Messianic Significance to those of us familiar with the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth. There are also Rabbis who speak of Dalet as meaning "Sufficiency" and "Provision", and being the root of such words as "EL SHADDAI" (One of the Oldest Names of the All-Sufficient God), "dai" meaning nursing breast, and last but not least, "DAYENU", the title of a Popular Passover Song Which Means, "It Is Sufficient!"
