Just last week, we retweeted this astounding event: the Police of the Irish Republic, the Garda, invaded a church (Society of St. Pius X) while Holy Mass was being celebrated, with a handful of people inside.
No respect for the Blessed Sacrament, for the building, for anything:
As if that absurdity, under the banner of "health", were not enough, the Garda this past weekend paid a visit to the man who filmed their tyrannical action, our fellow traditional Catholic Pat Sweeney, and took away his children. Yes, you read that correctly. See below:
That is it: all Catholics worldwide must do all they can: contact embassies, Irish authorities, and the Garda itself. This anti-Catholic dictatorship must end now.

It appears these good Catholics in Ireland were the only ones to honor the Third Commandment, defying Ireland's unjust penal laws; unlike the subservient "novus ordo" Catholics, lay and clerical, who prefer to stay home.

It is true that participation in the Mass and sacraments at the chapels of the Society of St. Pius X does not of itself constitute “formal adherence to the schism”.

Pat Sweeney is a father who took a video of Gardaí invading a church last week.
This week, Pat was woken at 3.30am to his door broken in by An Garda Síochána (literal translation ‘guardians of the peace’ ironically.) His two children aged 5 and 11 were forcibly taken by the Gardaí and delivered to TUSLA. Pat was then sectioned under the mental health act and detained at Longford Garda station.
After a doctor declared him mentally sound, Pat was released. His children were not returned to him. Pat has spent the last 3 days being fobbed off by Gardaí. Pat was told that Gardaí were responding to a call made by his mother - the children’s grandmother who had concerns for their welfare and Pat’s mental well-being. Pat’s mother has been dead since 1997. This was a malicious phone call with no basis and Gardaí acted upon it in the middle of the night. A Garda told Pat they did not have and did not need a warrant to enter his home, take his children, and section him.
Last night Pat started out at Longford garda station who refused to tell him where his children are or why they are being detained. They played pool and ignored Pat as he waited for answers. Justin Barrett went to Longford Garda station to support him. They told him the inspector who arrested Pat was from Castlerea Garda station and he should go there. They went to Castlerea.
The garda at Castlerea was very agitated about being filmed and refused to answer Pat’s questions. At one point the gardai turned off all the lights and left the counter.
Justin left the Garda station at 6am. Pat stayed.
Today, Philip Dwyer of The National Party is with Pat and they have received contradictory information. A Garda told Pat that there was a court order to take his children but Pat then received a phone call from TUSLA during which he was told there was no such order.
Pat is currently waiting to see if there will be a special court sitting today to get his children back.
This man dared to speak out against the regime and they came for his children. Have no doubt, fail to speak up now, let this continue to happen.. and they will come for yours.
