Probably the churches that adhere to the Bible have older members than those who don’t and thus have poorer health.

There are plenty of positions of various levels of leadership for women in the church.
They are not eligible for some of them.
Men are not eligible for all positions in the church, either.

Sure, there are women who can be counted on to uphold Biblical teaching; I’ve sent them as lay representatives to general conferences (to cancel out the votes of liberal ministers). That said, overall, it’s a disaster. That’s probably why Paul cautioned against it.
Anyone who wants church leadership so badly that not getting it harms their health, shouldn’t lead anything. Such a person is quite broken and in need of care.

Women's spiritual health is eternally more important than any pop-psychology of the day. If women don't grasp that, they need to really pray to the Holy Spirit for guidance. Their non-selection may be their salvation.
Our Lord Himself specifically chose 13 apostles (12 plus one to replace Judas), even knowing one would betray Him. He could have chosen one woman or a thousand women but did not.

Complete nonsense. Our church does not allow women to preach, to teach males, or assist with communion—but as a result, many families come and worship together, fathers and mothers with their children. The men have roles and are eager to volunteer. And the women teach other women and children, and also run countless ministries and serve on the board of elders.
I am an alpha woman in many areas of my life, but I find this church to be an outstanding place to worship and serve. It's not this way in every congregation of our denomination, but I left one that was woman-dominated, with lots of ineffetual infighting, to go to the one I'm in now, and it is excellent.
Find one near you.

My great-grandmother was a member of a very conservative religion. In her old age, they carried her in to services in her rocking chair. Once the pastor announced that “Now, our oldest member will lead us in prayer.” Her response: “Pastor, that’s what we pay you for.” She lived just short of her 100th birthday.
