Now exactly where does Scripture declare Christ will be? Why place after place after place the Scripture declares, that this ‘earth’ is where Christ will return. Paul says that at the ‘last’ trump... that would be the 7th trump ALLLLLL will be changed ... end of the ‘flesh’ age.
If you wish to hang on to your beliefs, don’t read the rest of this post.
1) At the rapture, believers meet the Lord in the air (1 Thessalonians 4:17). At the second coming, believers return with the Lord to the earth (Revelation 19:14).
2) The second coming occurs after the great and terrible tribulation (Revelation chapters 6–19). The rapture occurs before the tribulation (1 Thessalonians 5:9; Revelation 3:10).
3) The rapture is the removal of believers from the earth as an act of deliverance (1 Thessalonians 4:13-17, 5:9). The second coming includes the removal of unbelievers as an act of judgment (Matthew 24:40-41).
4) The rapture will be secret and instant (1 Corinthians 15:50-54). The second coming will be visible to all (Revelation 1:7; Matthew 24:29-30).
5) The second coming of Christ will not occur until after certain other end-times events take place (2 Thessalonians 2:4; Matthew 24:15-30; Revelation chapters 6–18). The rapture is imminent; it could take place at any moment (Titus 2:13; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 1 Corinthians 15:50-54).
Why is it important to keep the rapture and the second coming distinct?
1) If the rapture and the second coming are the same event, believers will have to go through the tribulation (1 Thessalonians 5:9; Revelation 3:10).
2) If the rapture and the second coming are the same event, the return of Christ is not imminent—there are many things which must occur before He can return (Matthew 24:4-30).
3) In describing the tribulation period, Revelation chapters 6–19 nowhere mentions the church. During the tribulation—also called “the time of trouble for Jacob” (Jeremiah 30:7)—God will again turn His primary attention to Israel (Romans 11:17-31).
The rapture and second coming are similar but separate events. Both involve Jesus returning. Both are end-times events. However, it is crucially important to recognize the differences. In summary, the rapture is the return of Christ in the clouds to remove all believers from the earth before the time of God’s wrath. The second coming is the return of Christ to the earth to bring the tribulation to an end and to defeat the Antichrist and his evil world empire.

There are NO multiple second comings... How do you all plan to have a ‘wedding’ out there if the ‘bridegroom’ sets up shop in Jerusalem ? Why would the bridegroom leave you all out in nether ville, during the Lord's Day?
Flesh gets transformed into Glorified Bodies.
Why would God declare war on the Body of Christ during the Tribulation?
Is there going to be a Galactic Civil War between the Trilogy then?
Noah was “taken out” before divine judgement.
Lot & his daughters were “taken out” before divine judgement.
Enoch - raptured.
Elijah - raptured.
So shall it be for the Church.
The ‘body’ of Christ knows what the tribulation is... Christ said let no man deceive you.. mass deception is the ‘tribulation’. If you woke up tomorrow and discovered your doctrine was by and from that old Serpent, would you pray for mountains to fall upon you.
Why would Christ declare that for the elects sake ‘time’ was shortened. Rome has already a temple dedicated to the serpent. The rest is sure to follow.
Hi, MHG. I would also like to point out a problem that would occur at end times given another understanding from our own:
Should the Church NOT be raptured, which rapture is clear as day to me from Scripture, then how would the end or fulfilling of the Gentiles - STILL on earth and under grace - be free of conflicting with God’s once again returning His focus to Israel, who will then be under the Law and not under grace. I don’t understand how the two could exist simultaneously. Thoughts?
Sorry dude - I believe you are incorrect.
Revelation 3:10
Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.
The “elect” in Revelation 7 cannot possibly be the church if the above in Revelation 3:10 is directed strictly for the Church. It’s a totally different group of folks.
It’s pretty pointless to go back and forth on this.
You believe what you want.
I’m looking forward to my Redemption and my Crowns to throw towards Christ the King!
9 Behold, the day of the Lord is coming, Cruel, with fury and burning anger, To make the land a desolation; And He will exterminate its sinners from it.
10 For the stars of heaven and their constellations Will not flash forth their light; The sun will be dark when it rises And the moon will not shed its light.
11 Thus I will punish the world for its evil And the wicked for their iniquity; I will also put an end to the arrogance of the proud And abase the haughtiness of the ruthless.
12 I will make mortal man scarcer than pure gold And mankind than the gold of Ophir.
13 Therefore I will make the heavens tremble, And the earth will be shaken from its place At the fury of the Lord of hosts In the day of His burning anger.
Amos 5:18-20 (NASB1995)
18 Alas, you who are longing for the day of the Lord, For what purpose will the day of the Lord be to you? It will be darkness and not light;
19 As when a man flees from a lion And a bear meets him, Or goes home, leans his hand against the wall And a snake bites him.
20 Will not the day of the Lord be darkness instead of light, Even gloom with no brightness in it?
Matthew 24:21-22 (NASB1995)
21 For then there will be a great tribulation, such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will.
22 Unless those days had been cut short, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short.
1 Thessalonians 1:9-10 (NASB1995)
9 For they themselves report about us what kind of a reception we had with you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve a living and true God,
10 and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, that is Jesus, who rescues us from the wrath to come.
1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 (NASB1995)
15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep.
16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.
17 Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 5:9 (NASB1995)
9 For God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,
Isaiah 26:19-21 (NASB1995)
19 Your dead will live; Their corpses will rise. You who lie in the dust, awake and shout for joy, For your dew is as the dew of the dawn, And the earth will give birth to the departed spirits.
20 Come, my people, enter into your rooms And close your doors behind you; Hide for a little while Until indignation runs its course.
21 For behold, the Lord is about to come out from His place To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; And the earth will reveal her bloodshed And will no longer cover her slain.
John 14:1-3 (NASB1995)
14 “Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.
2 In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you.
3 If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.
And?
And?
John tells you that when Jesus appears fulfilling John 4:1-4 we will see Him as He is in His glorified body ... because when He appears to take us to the Father's House WE WILL BE LIKE HIM
A carnally minded person cannot see that, so I do not expect you will see it either, but it is right from His Word to us.
Notice too, the Angel told Lot that he, the angel, could not start the fire and brimstone rain until Lot was out of the way. THAT is the stark figure of the Body of Christ must be removed before the restraint is removed and the antichrist spings upon the scene.
But take heart and consider my tag line.
He cares for you, me not so much.
It goes without saying sometimes that those who think the Church must ‘suffer’ Divine Wrath, that they fail to realize that Jesus has protected the Church throughout its history.
They make it out that God will declare war on Jesus and His Church without realizing the scenario.
I have no clue the purpose of your citations... IF the purpose is to certify a ‘flyaway’ doctrine?
Wow! Wonderful! ... now watch as a carnal mind rejects it all so it can cling to its prideful state of unbelief in the Promises of God.
Well now, that didn’t take long!
John tells you that when Jesus appears fulfilling John 14:1-4 we will see Him as He is in His glorified body ... because when He appears to take us to the Father's House WE WILL BE LIKE HIM 1 John 3:2).
Apparently, I instantly recognized a fabricated doctrine faster than a twinkling of an eye.. so much Babylon getting planted...
