Only those vaccinated may come to the Sacrament of Penance in order to protect yourself, and more importantly, to protect others in case you are asymptomatic and contagious.

God never promoted religion in His Word. When He speaks about his “church” it is to refer to all believers on the planet. I used to listen to a Christian radio station that is syndicated nationally because I left a Baptist church when I realized the pastor was still behaving as though the prohibition against speaking out against political matters was still the law.
In fact, one of President Trump’s early Executive Orders reversed that law. But back to the radio station. I had a favorite daily program I listened to until the host started talking about social justice. My heart sank and I turned that program off and never listened to the station again.
I now listen to an online sermon series by a wonderful minister who is no longer alive. You can hear his 500 or so recorded sermons on bbn.org. The series is called Through the Bible (ttb.org). His sermons are timeless.
This is a violation of Can. 843 §1: “Sacred ministers may not deny the sacraments to those who opportunely ask for them, are properly disposed and are not prohibited by law from receiving them.”
I pray the diocese remedies this injustice ASAP
It looks like they changed it. However, it now states that those who are vaccinated can go to confession anonymously, but those who are not vaccinated have to go face to face.
Got to make sure you know who those dangerous, unvaccinated people are!!
I haven’t heard anything either. Biden has so many different ways to shut down churches. He just may issue an EO to do it.

Face to Face confession enables contact tracing at the cost of destroying anonymity.
