The lawsuit says two boys were wearing acne face masks in a photo when they were falsely accused of posing in blackface.
Two California students and their parents are suing a private Catholic high school for $20 million, claiming that the boys were forced to withdraw after they were falsely accused of wearing blackface in a photo.
The lawsuit says that the students, identified as A.H. and H.H., were actually wearing acne face masks and they were pushed out of St. Francis High School in Mountain View without a proper investigation by school officials.
The incident took place in August 2017 prior to the boys starting school that fall at St. Francis. They were both 14 years old at the time.
On Aug. 17, 2017, A.H. and a friend identified as Minor III — who did not attend St. Francis — put white face masks on while at A.H.'s house. The lawsuit says that his mother bought the masks because A.H. suffered from acne.
"Believing themselves to look 'silly' in the masks, A.H. and Minor III took a time-stamped photograph of themselves in the masks," the lawsuit states.
The following day, A.H., H.H. and Minor III were at A.H.'s house and put on another, light green face mask.
"Again, they took a silly photograph in this mask, which had turned dark green by the time it dried on their faces," the suit states.
In the photo, which is included in the lawsuit, the three shirtless teens are seen posing together wearing what the suit claims are the green face masks.

Blackface cosmetic used in a theatrical staging presentations goes back hundreds of years very probably used in staging Greek and Roman as well as Shakespeare’s plays.. More often than not it was used because the story line called for a a black person who was not available to perform in whatever it called for.
While the technique has been often used in satire. Political objectors to the characterization portrayed instead of labeling it as a abuse, are now condemning the means used (blackface) and are calling any use of blackface as racist instead of targeting the story line and the source Demonstrating just how far we are allowing the revisionists pervert and poison a means of communication to promote their guilt agenda.
There’s a humor scene in the Korean Drama “Descendants of the Sun” where these Korean special forces guys have all put the facial cleansing masks on and are lying there waiting for them to dry.
That was a great series.
I graduated high school from this school in 1982.
Today, it’s about as Catholic as I am Muslim.

The woman lead in the drama and other women used to call the Special Forces guys “the pigeons,” if I remember correctly. Several times the drama had scenes where they would be doing PT jogging around the base without their shirts on, all buffed out. The Koreans can be shameless in getting women to watch their dramas.

Even if they were purposely wearing black face, can someone explain to me how that harms black people? If the left is so concerned about black people why did they viciously oppose Trump who got black unemployment to record low levels? Why do they support opening the borders which will obliterate jobs especially in the inner cities?
